Porsha Williams can declare victory after her ex Simon Guobadia took her to court over Instagram posts about an embarrassing sex problem.
The Daily Mail can confirm a judge has dismissed a defamation lawsuit Guobadia, 61, filed against Williams, 44, after she publicly shared information about erectile dysfunction that he claimed alluded to him.
Guobadia sought the dismissal himself as he was deported from the United States last year and was uncertain if he would be able to attend trial, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported.
The mess all started in 2024 after Williams uploaded information about the condition with her Instagram followers - posts that did not name Guobadia but seemingly suggested he was a sufferer.
Guobadia subsequently sued Williams and while the judge agreed to his dismissal request, they also warned Guobadia that he would have to pay for Williams' legal fees if he attempted to file the lawsuit again.
Williams has denied any liability or wrongdoing, but the judge previously said that Guobadia had adequately demonstrated that he was the subject of the posts, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Guobadia sued Williams for defamation after he claimed the posts damaged his reputation and made him the subject of heavy ridicule
The judge also said that if the posts were taken at face value, they contained objective information about the condition, according to the publication.
In January, Guobadia requested to voluntarily dismiss the lawsuit and preserve his ability to re-file it.
'This motion is brought in good faith, not for purposes of delay or tactical advantage,' he said, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He added that he 'does not abandon his claims or retreat from the legal issues presented.'
TMZ previously reported that Guobadia alleged to have suffered major emotional distress on account of the public ridicule he endured from Williams' post.
He alleged the information was presented as fact rather than her opinion and claimed to have suffered damage to his reputation.
Guobadia stood firm when he responded to the lawsuit dismissal in a statement obtained by The Daily Mail, insisting their legal battle was 'far from over.'
'I made the decision early this year to voluntarily dismiss the case. The court has now ruled, and critically, Porsha Williams' legal team's attempts to have the case dismissed with prejudice and to recover attorney's fees were both denied by the judge,' he said.
'This means the dismissal is on my terms, without prejudice - and no fees were awarded against me. I walked away from this litigation by choice, not by force.
'A dismissal without prejudice means I retain the full legal right to refile the same claims against Porsha Williams at a future date. No court has ruled that my claims were invalid or without merit.
'This is fundamentally different from what Porsha Williams' legal team was pushing for, a dismissal with prejudice, which would have permanently barred me from refiling and would have represented a definitive legal victory for her. That request was denied. So was her request for attorney's fees. She did not walk away with the legal vindication her team was seeking.
Williams posted definitions of the condition to her Instagram with the hashtag 'mens health awareness'
She did not name her ex however he claimed the posts alluded he was suffering from the condition
'I want to be clear that this matter is far from over. I am currently conferring with my legal team regarding whether to refile the case within the time limit granted by the court.
'Porsha Williams and her representatives should not mistake my voluntary dismissal for an abandonment of my legal rights or the merits of my claims.'
Williams and Guobadia's marriage crumbled less than two years after they wed.
The couple wed in two elaborate ceremonies in 2022 before filing for divorce in 2024. The divorce was finalized last June, according to People.
'You go through different stages,' Williams told People last year. 'You have that anger. You have the moment where you have to fight for your life in a court situation. And then, toward the end, you have the clarity where you realize you are still blessed.
'Your family is by our side, your child is protected; there's a whole new life that you can start.'
Williams has since moved on.
She has found love with a new girlfriend - Patrice 'Sway' McKinney, the owner of Encore Salon Suites in Atlanta.

At BravoCon 2025, Williams admitted it took her over four decades to finally figure out dating.
'I'm a hopeless romantic, child. When I find you, you like me, I like you. You're going to do this, I'm going to do that, and we're going to be together, right?' she advised a young woman in her 30s who had said she felt 'anxious' about dating.
The reality star then said that she would 'take the anxiousness out of it, you're going to have to do something different to find someone who's going to truly match where you are.'
Williams added, 'Yes, you're in your early 30s… you gotta wait til 44 to figure it out like me. Take it out.'
She concluded her advice with, 'Date knowing who you are and knowing what you want, and if you see a red flag, run b***h!'
