Pokémon Pokopia's "More Spores for Hoppip!" is the first event in the game, and it brings all you need to add a more flowery colorful atmosphere to your Pokémon friends' habitats. After the unexpected arrival of a new Pokémon to the Withered Wasteland, Ditto needs to help it find more of a specific type of spore.
During the event, you'll need to collect items to trade in for decorations. Using these decorations, you can make new habitats for some event-exclusive Pokémon. Get ready to enjoy Pokémon Pokopia "More Spores for Hoppip!" event and collect all the rewards it offers.
How to start the Pokémon Pokopia 'More Spores for Hoppip!' event
Pokémon Pokopia's "More Spores for Hoppip!" event will run from March 10 at 5 a.m. until March 25 at 4:59 a.m based on your Nintendo Switch 2's set console time, coinciding with the time new days start in the game. Starting the event is rather simple and the only prerequisite to participate in the "More Spores for Hoppip!" event is to have rebuilt the Withered Wasteland's Pokémon Center.

The event involves collecting cotton spores and exchanging them for special rewards offered by Hoppip in the Pokémon Center. In addition to these items, the event also brings three Pokémon (Hoppip, Skiploom, and Jumpluff) and three new habitats. Although you can only exchange spores for items during the event, it is still possible to obtain the items even if you miss the "More Spores for Hoppip!" event by using the 3D printer.
How to find spores in Pokémon Pokopia
Hoppip has only one simple goal: collect all the cotton spores it can, but you can't find them anywhere in the major areas of the game. To locate spores for Hoppip, you need to visit Drifloon's Dream Islands. They are basically everywhere, and you simply collect them, having no need to use Ditto's abilities.

You can only visit one Dream Island per day, but there is no limit to how many times you can visit the same island in a single day. In other words, if you have the time, you have the chance to collect enough spores to claim the event items. Just make sure to free some space in your inventory.
