Pokémon Legends: Z-A’s upcoming expansion finally has a release date and a new trailer revealing what we’ll find as we step into the Mega Dimension.

Today, Nintendo and The Pokémon Company announced that the Pokémon Legends: Z-A’s Mega Dimension DLC will debut on December 10th for the Switch and Switch 2. A trailer for the new expansion introduces trainer / baker Ansha and her partner pokémon Hoopa, who uses its wormhole-opening powers to transport you to Hyperspace Lumiose — a different version of Lumiose City that’s full of very, very high-leveled monsters.

Many of the creatures like Mega Chimecho and Mega Baxcalibur are new, and they all seem to be well over the level 100 cap that has been placed on pokémon in the franchise previously. And to get everyone hyped for the new story, a new side quest involving the mythical pokémon Diance is coming to Pokémon Legends: Z-A today.
