If you're a PlayStation Plus subscriber, the time has come for a new set of games. This time, we're getting a pretty good mix, and buying them all together would break the bank.
On PlayStation Plus, those four games are currently rolling out. We recommend grabbing them all while you can.
PlayStation Plus Free Games For February Are Rolling Out
Grab Them Now
As part of the PS Plus Essential February drop, we're getting a handful of games. They're live now in Japan, and are slated to arrive later today in other regions.
Here are the four games being added to PlayStation Plus for February 2026:
- Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown (PS4)
- Subnautica: Below Zero (PS4 + PS5)
- Ultros (PS4 + PS5)
- Undisputed (PS5)
Among these, Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown stands out as a beloved, relatively recent flight simulator (2019). That's the kind of game a lot of people won't pick up on their own, so it's perfect to try with PlayStation Plus. Subnautica: Below Zero is another great add, and even though you may have played Subnautica already, this spinoff might scratch an itch.
Described as a "psychedelic Metroidvania," Ultros has a wild premise: "Trapped in the loop of a black hole, you will have to explore The Sarcophagus and meet its inhabitants to understand the part you play." It's critically acclaimed and currently holds "very positive" reviews on Steam following its February 2024 release.
Undisputed is the odd game out this time. As you may have guessed from the title, it's about becoming the "undisputed" champion in boxing and was developed by Steel City Interactive for a 2024 release. Originally titled "eSports Boxing Club," it was later renamed "Undisputed," and its reception has been tepid. On Steam, it's currently sitting at "mixed" reviews.
Still, any game here, even if you're cautious about it going in, is free for subscribers. You won't miss much if you take a look and see how something works for yourself.
The Combined Total Value Of This Month's PS Plus Games Is...
Well, It's A Lot
In all, the games that you'll get from this month of PlayStation Plus total up to $145 of free stuff for subscribers. That's not bad, and despite the lack of a value-add with Undisputed, this is still a solid spread of genres to choose from. With a flight simulator, Metroidvania, and a survival/adventure game, there's a lot of genre spread there.
PlayStation Plus has been stepping up its game in the past year, and now the Game Catalog has grown to a decent size. It's perfect timing, given the recent price hikes for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. We may see more competition in 2026, which should benefit everyone.
