Phoebe Burgess has shared details of her mental health struggles in a jittery chat on her new podcast.
In the latest episode of (Over)Share alongside co-host Hannah Ferrier, the 37-year-old seemed highly nervous as she disclosed the impact of starting the confessional series, where she has disclosed details about her divorce from Sam Burgess.
The influencer said she was suffering from a 'vulnerability hangover' and appeared shaky and scattered as she tried to formulate her thoughts, while also disclosing that she has been diagnosed with ADHD.
'You know when you go out with friends, you'll be social, and I don't know if anyone has noticed but I do have ADHD,' she rambled.
'And I know that is not as weighty as it used to be because everyone's like, "Hi, my name is Phoebe. I have ADHD"... yeah I think that's where we are.'
Co-host Ferrier interjected to inform Phoebe that she also has ADHD, but does not take any medication for it.

Phoebe replied: 'I do. If I didn't, this would be a tricky job so...'
She then lost her train of thought, wondering aloud: 'What was I talking about? What literally just happened.... We get onto diagnoses... I was going somewhere with it.'
Burgess covered her mouth and recoiled, appearing tense as she tried to remember the point she was trying to make.
The podcaster regained her composure to explain: 'When you've met someone and you get home, thinking about all the s**t you said, what you've shared, and you go: "They're never calling me again. They're never messaging me." It's a lot.
'So I had that a little bit'.
Phoebe also said that her 'tummy was flipping' as she worried about Hannah's response to hearing the new episodes back, and asked Hannah if she was 'anxious' - which Phoebe herself appeared to be.

The (Over)Share podcast launched late last month, with Burgess and Below Deck star Ferrier promising that 'nothing is off limits' and there is 'very little they're not prepared to share.'
A description for the podcast indicates it will cover 'conversations that often don’t even make the group chat on relationships, dating, marriage, divorce, sex, parenting, friendships, careers, money, bodies, ageing'.
'It's funny, personal, occasionally inappropriate, and always honest,' the description adds.
Phoebe has previously disclosed her battles with anxiety and depression.
'I have spent a lot of time not being okay. Pushing on. Pushing through. Surviving. Existing,' she wrote in 2021.
'I have had to "be okay." It wasn't until someone stopped me, forced me to check in with how I was truly doing, that I remembered the feeling of being able to say… in a choked whisper… "No, I'm not okay." I am really not okay.'
Burgess earlier said that she had used medication to treat her anxiety and depression in 2018.
'I didn't know then, but my path was only going to get tougher. Acknowledging the signs of fragile or deteriorating mental health early on helped me to be able to build the resilience I needed to survive,' she wrote.
