Percy Jackson and the Olympians is officially heading into one of the most important chapters of Rick Riordan's original book series. After bringing The Lightning Thief and The Sea of Monsters to Disney+, the fantasy series is now turning its attention to The Titan's Curse, a story that dramatically expands Percy's world while pushing the growing threat of Kronos even further into the spotlight.

Season 3 will also put several fan-favorite characters in much bigger positions as Percy and his friends find themselves caught up in another increasingly dangerous quest. Disney+ officially debuted a new trailer for Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 3 during D23 (seen above), putting The Titan's Curse front and center ahead of the show's return on November 20. The footage teases a significantly darker adventure for Percy, with the trailer laying out the mission in just a few words: "Find Annabeth. Stop the Titans." That should sound immediately familiar to readers of Riordan's third novel, which sends Percy on a desperate search after Annabeth disappears while the threat posed by the Titans continues to grow.
