The Yellow Tie is a biographical drama centred on Romanian conductor Sergiu Celibidache, charting his life and rise to becoming one of the most acclaimed conductors of the 20th century.
The film explores his love of music, the challenges he faced throughout his career and the personal sacrifices he made along the way.
Directed by Serge Ioan Celibidache, Sergiu Celibidache's son, it is set to arrive in UK cinemas on October 9.
Kate's big breakthrough came in 2015 when she played Jane Seymour in the critically acclaimed BBC miniseries Wolf Hall.
She later became widely known for her role as Linda Shelby in Peaky Blinders, appearing in three seasons of the hit BBC drama.
However, fans were surprised when she did not reprise her role as Linda for the 2026 film Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man.
When asked why she turned down the offer, she said: 'It was such an amazing show to be part of and Steven Knight still continues to have ideas for the life and the future of Peaky Blinders, and that's always lovely to kind of engage with his hopes and dreams for the show.

'But the life of an actor is, you're sort of always at the behest of other people's visions, and sometimes it's very much a wait and see kind of game.

Kate played Linda, the wife of Paul Anderson's character Arthur.
Their relationship became increasingly strained after Arthur's violent and unpredictable behaviour, which eventually led Linda to try to kill him before walking away from their marriage in season five.
Her final appearance came during Tommy's farewell dinner at the end of season six.
Before leaving, Tommy asked Linda to keep an eye on Arthur after he was gone.
Despite moving on from the Shelby family, Kate has continued to build an impressive career across television, film and theatre.
She remains a leading star in Miss Scarlet, where she plays Eliza Scarlet, and returned to her breakout role as Jane Seymour in Wolf Hall.
Kate has also taken to the stage, making her West End debut as Valerie in the 30th-anniversary revival of Conor McPherson's acclaimed play The Weir.
