Paris Hilton turned heads in a pastel pink co-ord as she rang the New York Stock Exchange closing bell in honour of International Women's Day on Monday.

The businesswoman, 45, stunned in a pink button-up cardigan and a matching satin pleated midi skirt as she joined activist Gloria Steinem in ringing the closing bell.

Rocking her signature pink, Paris added inches to her frame with sparkly pink heels and toted her essentials in a Gucci Marmont shoulder bag, which retails for £2,070.

To complete her look, the socialite accessorised with a pink Gucci scarf and a pair of matching oval-shaped shades.

In true Paris fashion, the socialite had her and Gloria's gavels customised with sparkly pink diamantes.

During the event, Paris and Gloria, 91, rang the closing bell at 4pm in celebration of International Women's Day to honour the leadership and impact of women across business, media, and culture.

Paris also highlighted Back In Business, a new initiative from her company, 11:11 Media, which spotlights small businesses owned by women who are rebuilding in the wake of the Los Angeles wildfires.

It comes as Wall Street staged a dramatic comeback Monday after oil prices plunged from earlier highs when President Donald Trump suggested the war with Iran could be nearing its end.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average, which had been down nearly 900 points earlier in the day, finished up 239 points after markets rallied in the afternoon.

The Nasdaq led the rebound, jumping 1.4 percent, while the S&P 500 rose about 0.8 percent.

Paris's appearance at the event comes after she stripped down for a series of racy Instagram snaps to promote her skincare brand Parivie Beauty last week.

The TV personality, who recently whisked herself away to Italy for Milan Fashion Week, posed up a storm as she celebrated the launch of a new product for the company.

It came as The Simple Life star also shared that her mind 'works differently' while living with ADHD in a candid interview.

In the carousel of images, Paris could be seen posing in a marble bathtub while covered in soapy bubbles.

On Tuesday, she celebrated the drop of the That's Cool Eye Cream, which can be purchased for $62.

Paris co-founded Parivie last year and previously opened up about her decision to create the company.

'The goal was to create something that felt beautifully unapologetic and empowering,' she told Hypebae last year in May.

'We live fast-paced, connected lives, and I wanted these products to offer a moment of ritual and confidence.'

She added at the time, 'That energy is built into each formula. All the products are clinically tested to feel amazing on the skin and deliver incredible results.'

The star recently stripped down in sultry pictures to ring in her 45th birthday last month on February 17.

Paris has also been getting candid about living with ADHD, which she was diagnosed with in her late 20s

ADHD (Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder) is a 'long-term condition that affects millions of children' and can 'continue into adulthood,' per Mayo Clinic

The blonde beauty appeared in great spirits as she posed up a storm with her customised gavel on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange

After ringing the bell, Paris got to sign the legendary wall in the stairwell, which includes signatures of everyone who has ever rang the bell

During the event, Paris also highlighted Back In Business, a new initiative from her company, 11:11 Media, which spotlights female-founded businesses who are rebuilding in the wake of the Los Angeles wildfires

It can 'include having a hard time paying attention, being hyperactive and being impulsive.' Some individuals 'never completely outgrow their ADHD symptoms, but they can learn strategies to be successful.'

'I wouldn't be the entrepreneur I am today without it,' she told People of the neurodevelopmental disorder.

She added that 'our brains work differently' before discussing treatments that can help with symptoms.

Hilton explained that she now takes her ADHD medication at night rather than when she gets up in the morning.

The star further expressed that the disorder is 'not something that needs to be fixed' before sharing how she utilises notebooks and other organisational tools to give her 'structure.'

Hilton has also credited ADHD with helping her be a better mom.

'It gives me just like, inner child playfulness, which will never go away, which I love ... [It's] so much fun being a mom and getting to relive that childhood with them and see the world through their eyes.'

In regard to her being vocal about her ADHD diagnosis, she explained that she wants to help highlight the good rather than the 'negative parts about it.'

She further added that, 'school systems are not built for brains like ours. That's why I just want to continue talking about it and release the stigma behind it.'
