Paris Hilton flashed her pert derriere while enjoying an Italian family vacation on Saturday.

The 45-year-old heiress – who performed in England days ago – was spotted on a yacht in Sardinia, where her husband Carter Reum, also 45, gleefully snapped photos of her.

Hilton, who married the venture capitalist in 2021, proudly sported a black trucker hat with the phrase 'trophy wife' embroidered in gold.

She lived up to the title, enchanting her husband as she posed for him while modeling a multicolor swimsuit and matching sarong that exposed her cheeky backside.

The long-sleeved, low-cut, zip-up look also teased her cleavage and the socialite donned glamorous black sunglasses.

Reum joined her in a long-sleeved white T-shirt and blue shorts.

The blonde beauty's normally long, flowing locks were styled in two low pigtails that peeked out from underneath her hat.

Hilton and Reum welcomed each of their children via surrogacy.

Last year the entrepreneur reflected on family in an Instagram post, writing, 'Watching Phoenix and London grow up side by side is the greatest gift.'

'Best friends from the very beginning. There’s nothing like having a sibling to laugh with, learn with, and always feel understood by.'

Shortly after her son's birth via surrogacy in January 2023, she revealed that her family knew nothing about the pregnancy until a week after Phoenix's birth.

The star wanted to keep things private as she prepared to welcome her first child and had been worried that if her family knew, the news would be leaked.

Speaking on her This Is Paris podcast, she said: 'Not even my mom, my sisters, my best friend knew until he was over a week old.

'It was really nice to have that with Carter, be our own journey together. I just feel like my life has been so public, and I've never really had anything be just mine. So when we were talking about it, I really felt that I wanted this journey to be for us only.'

Aside from parenting, Hilton has a robust professional life as a DJ and businesswoman.

Her latest venture is her skincare brand Parivie, which she launched in May 2025.

Hilton's documentary film Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir premiered earlier this year.

According to ParisHilton.com, it 'traces Paris's music journey – from her childhood dreams to her club-going adolescence, from her debut album to her musical reinvention.'

The documentary is named after her second studio album, Infinite Icon, which was released in September 2025.

While speaking to PEOPLE at the time, she said it represents the 'evolution' from her 'party girl era' in the 2000s to present day.

She told the outlet at December's inaugural TikTok Awards that she is 'just so proud' of the doc, which will be released in theaters on January 30.

'It’s such a powerful story, and I think being an "infinite icon" is about inspiring others to be authentic and to own their narrative and to make a difference in the world,' she said.
