The 58-year-old actress, who shares Dylan, 28, as well as Brandon, 30, with ex-husband Tommy Lee, enjoyed lowkey celebrations at the beachside restaurant Les Graniers over the weekend on Saturday.
The star's youngest son became engaged to architectural designer Paula Bruss nearly two years earlier.
Anderson showed off her chic summer style wearing a black dress that contained colorful floral details.
Her platinum blonde locks were pulled back into a simple updo and she also opted for a pair of stylish black shades.
The Baywatch alum was spotted standing along the sandy shore as water splashed down near her.

The actress said of her sons at the Soho Summit earlier this year, 'We're so close and they're so proud of me,' per Elle.
'Every parent wishes they did things differently, but my relationship with my boys is good and despite the gene pool, they're perfect gentlemen.'
Anderson is also set to celebrate her 59th birthday on July 1, and the star has previously opened up about how she has embraced aging.
'But as I age, I am embracing the funny things that are happening to me,' she told Glamour. 'If it's losing elasticity or some freckles are starting to join together, I have to be amused by it.
'Otherwise it's bad. Antiaging is a lie. We're getting older no matter what. Things change, and if you can find a sense of humor in it, it's better,' the actress further expressed.
