Oura Health and some of its backers are seeking to raise as much as $3 billion in a US initial public offering, Bloomberg reported.

The offering could take place as soon as September and value the smart-ring maker at more than $16 billion, according to people familiar with the matter. Existing investors are expected to sell a significant amount of stock.

Oura confidentially filed for an IPO in May and is working with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Allen & Co. and Jefferies on the listing. The plans remain subject to change.

Oura reached an $11 billion valuation last year after raising $875 million in Series E funding. The company expects 2026 revenue of $1.5 billion, up from $500 million in 2024.
