You don't need to know the movie-related context here, as just imagining the type of visuals around an event with high-profile people will suffice.

It's easy to mistake PETROLEUM JELLY and words like TRAFFIC CONE as being related, as both terms could refer to roads. Personally, I mistook PRIVATE JET with LIMOUSINE in the prior category, but it was putting POETIC JUSTICE and PRACTICAL JOKE together to make sense out of this section of the puzzle.
