A gorgeous Queensland country property owned by retired NRL star Corey Oates has hit the market.
The former Brisbane Broncos star, 30, and his wife Tegan purchased the 9560sqm rural acreage in 2019 for $880,000.
Completed in 2021, the ultra-modern homestead is located in Samford Valley - approximately 45 minutes northwest of Brisbane.
No price has been listed for the sprawling holding, that features six bedrooms and three bathrooms.
However, sales agents for the property estimate the median price for similar homes in the area is $1,850,000.
Perched on a hilltop and only thirty minutes from the CBD, the homestead is built in a U-shape with separate wings for the bedrooms and living spaces and features amazing views of the surrounding countryside.
Notable highlights include a master bedroom equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and custom carpentry, along with a luxurious en suite that boasts dual vanities and a lavish tub.
Additionally, the property includes a games room with a bar, a spacious private home office, a guest room, and a large private dining room.

Other features include a home cinema, a pool with a large entertainment deck and a 'party' space with a built-in BBQ.
It comes after Oates shocked fans when he announced he was leaving the field for good earlier this month.
But the pair, who have a young family, told The Courier Mail on Tuesday that parting with their country home now was part of a long-term plan to move closer to Brisbane as their children grew older.
Oates has announced his retirement having been hindered by injuries over the past two years.
He did not hold a contract for next season and was bowing out from the NRL after 216 first-grade games.
On his retirement, Oates said playing for the Broncos was 'something I never thought possible' after growing up in the bush.

Oates played his entire NRL career with the Broncos, making his debut in 2013.
He scored a try in the club's 2015 grand final loss to North Queensland and was the last player from that team to remain with the Broncos.
Throughout his career, Oates made nine State of Origin appearances for Queensland, including in their series victories in 2016, 2017, and 2022.
He also served as the 18th man for the Broncos during their 2023 grand final loss to Penrith.
In December of last year, the Courier Mail reported that Oates had made significant property investments over the past five years.
In addition to his acreage in Samford Valley, he purchased a flat in Everton Park, Brisbane, for $610,000 in 2017, and acquired a house in Ipswich for $190,000 in the same year.
Additionally, the property includes a games room with a bar, a spacious private home office, a guest room, and a large private dining room
