Nicole Scherzinger is attempting to claw back money from the Pussycat Dolls tour by charging £856 for a meet-and-greet after the band cancelled US dates due to poor ticket sales.

In May, the girl group had to scrap 33 dates planned for their native US, as well as Canada, after low sales left arenas 80 per cent empty. 

Even after slashing the price of seats to just $30 (£22), organisers had no choice but to pull the plug just a month before they were set to have their first show in California.

In another more recent blow, they were also forced to slash the ticket prices of their upcoming UK shows to just £37.

Now, Nicole, who is touring with Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt, is offering fans the chance to meet-and-greet her on all of the remaining tour dates.

The package is described online as the 'ultimate experience' and includes time with Nicole, a photo opportunity, access to a pre-show soundcheck performance and Q&A, as well as a chance to participate in Nicole's pre-show ritual.

While it's not clear what her pre-show ritual entails, Nicole previously described her concert preparation routine as lighting a candle and listening to calm music. 

Speaking in 2024 when taking part in Sunset Boulevard on Broadway, she said: 'Before the show, I'm usually in my dressing room doing vocal and physical warm-ups and focusing on breath. 

'I try and protect that sense of calm before a show.' 

Fans of the group now have the opportunity to grab tickets at a much lower cost, with Ticketmaster offering a limited-time offer which enables four tickets to be purchased for £150 – meaning just £37.50 per person.

The Daily Mail has contacted Pussycat Dolls representatives for comment. 

After touring Europe, the trio are set to kick off the UK leg of their tour with a stop at Birmingham's Utilita Arena on September 29, followed by Nottingham's Motorpoint Arena on September 30.

This is followed by dates in Leeds, Liverpool, Glasgow, Newcastle and Manchester throughout October, before they wrap up in London's O2 on October 13. 

The ticket news comes as Kimberly hinted that this could be the last time the group reunites for a tour.

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, she said: 'I think going on stage knowing it could be your last is something really special because you don't miss any of those moments. 

'I think we're all in that same headspace about this and we are able to kind of tackle it as grown women.'

The hitmaker continued: 'It doesn't feel like it's so much about proving ourselves. 

'It's really about just embracing the fact that we did something really awesome together and that nostalgia factor is still there.

'It's another opportunity to show up for each other and come together as the three and be really mindful of you just never know when your last performance might be.'

When asked what it was like to reunite with her former bandmates after such a long period, Kimberly said: 'Wow. I mean, a lot of life has passed. Like it's just unbelievable to have lived so much life since.

'I've created a new life for myself with my husband and my three kids in Surrey to have a dance academy, doing radio and DJing. I've sort of lived this whole new life.

'This tour is about being really open about who we are and who we've become after all of these years, but also just a real acceptance for giving us the space to rework what this means to us.'

The Pussycat Dolls' comeback has been marred in controversy due to the exclusion of three of the group's founding members, Carmit Bachar, 52, Jessica Sutta, 44, and Melody Thornton, 41.

Carmit and Jessica have since revealed they were both blindsided by the reunion and were never even asked to take part, with the latter going as far as to call it a 'cash grab' .

Asked by a fan if she was going to meet up with the rest of the Pussycat Dolls , Jessica replied: 'No, I'm not. They have been planning it for a year and blatantly didn't ask Carmit and I.

'We are finding it all out the same time you are. I was not contacted regarding the group's decision to move forward, and I learned of these plans at the same time as the public.'
