Chris Minns has opened up about his former clubbing days and a 'pretty wild' bucks week he had, during an amusing radio interview.
The New South Wales Premier, 46, appeared on 2DayFM's Breakfast with Nath and Emma on Tuesday morning, where he made a very surprising admission about his youth.
During the chat, co-host Nath Roye asked Minns how he enjoyed a night out in his early adulthood—prompting an amusing confession.
'Well, I'm a southern Sydney boy so we were in the St. George area in the Shire northeast. Bit of Northies, bit of Carmen's. Yes. And Oatley Pub, Oatley RSL,' Minns began.
He then joked he was trying to forget his experiences at the iconic Vinyl Room nightclub at Gymea.
'I have vague memories of it... but I think I've tried to forget it as part of a 12 step program to just get that out of my mind. I've definitely been there... but I try not to admit it!' Minns joked.

He was then asked when he last stayed out past midnight outside of work - and admitted he did so for a friend's special occasion.
'A mate of mine had a pretty wild bucks week,' he said, adding he wouldn't be sharing any more information.
'You know what? It’s probably best I keep it to myself,' the Sydney-born politician said.
He finished by saying that Sydney's vibrant nightlife sector was vital to the economy.
'We're not a country town. This is a big international city. It's connected to the rest of the world and it has to act like a big city... It's huge,' he said.
'There's 1.3 million people that work and like to work. They're night owls. They want to work between 6pm and 6am and it contributes $110 billion - with a B - to the New South Wales economy.'
Minns has developed a reputation for his down-to-earth demeanour during radio interviews.
In March 2023, in the lead up to a NSW state election, Kyle and Jackie O revealed they would be voting for Minns after he impressed them with his musical ability.

Minns, who was state Labor leader at the time, spoke to the now-axed radio duo and stunned them with his guitar playing.
His strumming of the riff from AC/DC's 'Thunderstruck' was enough for the pair to confirm they'd be voting for him.
Jackie quipped that his guitar abilities 'made him even hotter'.
Minns, who played a duet cover of Lady Gaga's Shallow with Jackie O, joked he was a 'pretty substandard guitarist'.
He also revealed whether or not he smoked.
'I don't vape, no, I've never vaped,' he said in response to comments about then-Premier Dominic Perrottet's revelation he didn't mind an occasional 'mixed fruit' vape.
