As one of the most popular superheroes of all time, it is no surprise that Batman has appeared in many video games over the years, with different actors taking on the iconic role. However, there is no denying that the Batman: Arkham series by Rocksteady Games is perhaps the best depiction of the caped crusader, and despite coming to an end after four main installments and multiple spin-offs, its impact is still appreciated to this day.

As such, it has been announced that LEGO plans to release its very first Batman: Arkham-inspired set, and it could launch as early as 2027.

In the past, LEGO may have released its fair share of sets featuring Batman, but this will be the first time that it has specifically collaborated with Rocksteady Games for a set dedicated to Batman: Arkham. Announced earlier this month, LEGO unveiled the brand-new addition on its official website, and it is here that we can see its interpretation of the Batmobile which is primarily featured in Batman: Arkham Knight.

Known as set number #67009, it will launch on 1 January 2027, and perhaps most exciting of all, is that it will cost just $29.99, which is an extremely respectable price for a set of this caliber. Of course, the Batmobile will also come alongside an adorable figure of Batman himself, and is based on his design in Batman: Arkham Knight. Not only that, but at just 317 pieces, it is the perfect set for those not wanting to sink too many hours into its construction, but still want an incredibly detailed Batmobile to display once done. As the official item description reads:

Blast into intense pursuits with this collectible LEGO® DC Arkham Batman™ Batmobile™ building set for kids ages 9 and up and put the armored car in park to display during breaks from the fast-paced fun. Complete the immersive, challenging build, then place the Batman minifigure in the cockpit and go wherever your mission takes you, even tackling rough terrain with the car’s functional suspension. Use the LEGO Builder app to empower kids to tackle builds with ease. With 3D digital instructions, they can rotate and zoom in on models to master builds independently.

Available for children ages nine and up, the Arkham Batman™ Batmobile™ also comes alongside a bonus digital reward. By redeeming the Golden Red Brick, you will be able to add a golden effect to your characters and vehicles in LEGO Batman™: Legacy of the Dark Knight. To do this, you will need to scan the QR code that comes in the box upon purchase.

LEGO DC Arkham Batman Batmobile 67009 Product

Released earlier this year, LEGO Batman™: Legacy of the Dark Knight is the fourth installment in the Lego Batman series, and here at Screen Rant, our very own Austin King awarded it a perfect 10/10 in his review, writing:

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight may sometimes have a more serious tone befitting its subject matter, but it never loses its humor and heart. There's always a sense of fun pulsing through the veins of this game, whether through sight gags or quippy dialogue. Maybe you'll fight some bad guys in a ball pit. Maybe you and Catwoman have to rock out on electric guitars. Maybe the evil tension created by a villain is undermined by a one-liner from some random LEGO NPC. There's always surprises in store, and there are plenty of jokes catered directly to longtime Batman fans.

So, if you want to bag yourself a LEGO batmobile inspired by the hit Batman: Arkham video game series, make sure to get ready for its 1 January 2027 launch.
