The AFL legend, 54, attended the Carji Greeves Medal at Crown alongside his new girlfriend, with the pair looking dashing.
The couple are said to have been dating for several months and beamed on the night as they posed against the media wall at the exclusive event, with Nathan placing his arm around her.
The Collingwood veteran looked dashing in a crisp navy suit while his partner Kate complemented his ensemble in a captivating electric blue gown, featuring a thigh-high split.
Kate is a veteran on the Melbourne culinary scene, owning the popular Port Melbourne restaurant Ciao Cielo, and also having worked as a professional chef.
The new couple beamed on the night as Nathan introduced her to his AFL mates.

The former AFL star and the brunette bombshell made the shock announcement in an Instagram Stories post.
'To the followers of the "Brodes and Bucks" journey,' the former WAG began.
'After much reflection and consideration, Nath and I have decided to part ways.'
'Thank you for your kind messages and support over the past couple of months of heartache. I am truly grateful for your kindness and consideration.
'This decision was not made lightly, and we are grateful for the time we shared, the memories we created, and the support we received from each other and all of you,' she continued.
'While we will no longer be a couple, I will always respect Nathan and the friendship that developed between us 3-4 years ago and have a lot of love for him and his boys and our beautiful dog Tank.'
The sad ending came just months after the pair took their relationship to the next level by jetting off to the island paradise of Fiji for a vacation with Nathan's family.
Nathan was most recently involved with Brodie Ryan, with the pair calling time on their three-year romance in 2025
Brodie previously revealed she and Nathan connected over their similar upbringings when they began dating in 2022.
Despite their 17-year age gap, the Melbourne businesswoman said the couple had so much in common and that they push each other every day to be their best selves.
Their relationship came after Nathan split with his wife Tania in December 2020, after 18 years of marriage.
The couple share two sons, Jett and Ayce.
