Naomi Campbell has suffered a mystery injury as she showcased her bandaged knee at Harlem's Fashion Row show during NYFW on Tuesday.

The supermodel, 54, looked incredibly glamorous in a cowl-neck satin dress and elevated her frame with chic black heels.

But when she took her seat front row at the event, the mother-of-two displayed her injured right leg.

Naomi led the glamour at the star-studded 17th Annual Harlem's Fashion Row fashion show and style awards.

The 90s legend was all smiles throughout the evening after she received the Icon of the Year award at the event.

MailOnline have contacted Naomi's representatives for a comment. 

Harlem's Fashion Row (HFR) is a non-profit organization that helps to elevate and support Black fashion designers and entrepreneurs, providing mentorship, networking opportunities, and resources to help the designers grow their businesses.

This year's show, titled Night Of The Legends, pays tribute to fashion industry trailblazers.

Naomi was honored along stylist Shiona Turini and editor-in-chief of Harper's Bazaar, Samira Nasr.

The show featured the innovative designs of Aaron Potts, LaTouché, and Nicole Benefield.

There was also a special spotlight on the Naomi x Boss 2.0 capsule collection.

HFR has been a trailblazer in the fashion industry, championing diversity and inclusion. The agency curates innovative events that attract a diverse range of influencers in fashion, media, and entertainment.

Editor-in-chief of Vogue Anna Wintour, 74, was also in attendance, and showed off her effortless style in a red and cream dress with a horse print.

The fashion legend wore her signature black sunglasses and a pair of white boots.

Meanwhile Tracee turned heads in a trendy oversized red leather coat, which she paired with pointed-toe gold heels. She added a touch of bling to the look with gold earrings

The Rose in Harlem hitmaker accessorized with a Louis Vuitton purse and belt.

She rocked a brown Yankees hat, with her black tresses cascading down from underneath in tight curls.

Teyana received the Virgil Abloh Award at the event. 

The singer also cozied up to Nikki Taylor who sported an all-white look and a snakeskin bag. 

Fitness coach Jessica Sims, 36, sizzled in a black slip dress, which she teamed with strappy heels. Her caramel-toned curls were styled into an elegant updo.
