Olivia Attwood and Bradley Dack's marriage is said to have ended after the former Love Island star was 'sent a screenshot that confirmed her worst fears'.

The reality star, 34, announced she had split from her footballer husband, 32, in an emotional statement last week.

Reports claimed their marriage ended after the footballer 'crossed a line' and 'breached her trust'.

The nature of the screenshot is said to have made Olivia aware of something she had not been privy too which ultimately led to their split.

A source close to Olivia said: 'Olivia was never shown a message of Bradley messaging other girls.

'But was sent a screenshot that made her aware of something she'd not been privy to, which led to the decision to split.'

Olivia had raised eyebrows over her closeness to best friend Pete Wicks before the breakdown of her marriage, though insisted they were just friends.

A friend of Bradley's also told The Sun: 'The screenshot confirmed Olivia's worst fears. It happened around the time she was partying with Pete in Ibiza.

'Brad was feeling neglected at the time, and when the pictures of Olivia cosying up to Pete came out, he started to look for attention elsewhere. He feels that Olivia breaking up with him over this is a cop out. He stood by her after the Pete pics.

'He feels like she is using this as an excuse and won't acknowledge the part she played in the marriage reaching boiling point. Bradley's devastated. He can't believe she would end things over this and isn't giving up hope of reconciliation.'

The Daily Mail has contacted Olivia and Bradley's representatives for comment.

Olivia has been seen not wearing her wedding ring, which has been the case on multiple public sightings of her since her split, while Bradley has firmly kept his on.

Addressing the breakdown of her marriage, Olivia said last week: 'I keep opening Instagram to post, but I don't know what to say or do? lol vulnerability is not my bag!!! Especially on social media, it feels very much like bleeding in shark-infested waters..

'I cry myself to sleep, then business as normal when the alarm goes off at 5am and it has been like that for a long time.

'But also so much change in such a short amount of time (you know I hate that (Taurus).

'I never expected to be moving into this apartment alone. And I'm in over my depth for sure. I want to be happy. I want Brad to be happy. Just one day at a time. For both of us. & anyone else who needs to read this.

'Normal programming and chatting will resume asap. Ps thank you, I feel your love immensely.'

When the couple first met at a nightclub in 2015, Olivia was working as a grid girl while Bradley's football career was off to a promising start, having been named Young Player of the Season at his club Gillingham FC.

While the couple split after three months, they rekindled in 2017. Yet since they've been together, Olivia's star power has continued to rise, while Bradley's career has somewhat stagnated.

Now Olivia boasts an estimated £6million net worth while Bradley's is a million less, with friends telling the Daily Mail that this could have contributed to their split.

'In the beginning of their relationship he was obviously the big earner as a footballer, and she now firmly stands on her own two feet,' the source shared. 'She doesn't need him at all anymore, she can be totally independent.’

At his peak, Bradley was said to be earning £18,000-a-week playing for Blackburn, but after returning to Gillingham FC last year he's now on £3,500-a-week, Salary Sport reports.

Meanwhile, Olivia is said to have earned £350,000 for each of her series with ITV, which includes Getting Filthy Rich, The Price Of Perfection and Bad Boyfriends.

She also has a £250,000 collaboration with Abbott Lyon jewellery and a six-figure deal with make-up brand Maybelline.

Just last year, Olivia spoke of the importance of being financially independent, saying in September: 'I think it's really important to keep your own finances and your own bank account, and I don't think you need to combine finances with your partner at all.

'I think it's a really outdated way of thinking.'
