Vince Neil's girlfriend Rain Hannah was arrested in connection with an alleged domestic assault after authorities claimed she had attacked the Motley Crue singer in Tennessee.

Hannah, 45, was taken into custody on Sunday in connection with a domestic-related assault, according to inmate records reviewed by The Daily Mail.

According to the Williamson County Sheriff's Office, Hannah was released on $5,000 bond on Monday and is due in court over the incident on December 3, 2026.

Hannah, whose full name is Rainbow Hannah Andreani, was arrested following an alleged assault at the home of Neil, 65, a source shared to TMZ on Thursday.

It allegedly occurred after an argument between Hannah and Neil, the source told the outlet, with Hannah allegedly doing damage to Neil's home and person.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Hannah, Neil and the Williamson County Sheriff's Office for further comment on the story.

The conflict between the couple comes after the singer and Hannah, a makeup artist, split in May of 2025 after 15 years together.

Neil had been seen holding hands with two separate women that same month, TMZ reported at the time.

However, an insider told the outlet that Neil and Hannah rekindled their relationship that June.

In February of 2025, Hannah had been involved in a serious plane crash on Neil's private jet in which the pilot had died.

Hannah had been taken to a nearby medical facility with broken bones in the wake of the crash at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona.

Neil is nearly two years removed from a December 2024 stroke he suffered in which his doctors initially said was in question if he would be able to perform again.

The medical event led doctors to advise the rock veteran to undergo 'a required medical procedure,' which delayed a Las Vegas residency the band had from March of 2025 until September of 2025.

Neil ultimately was able to return to the stage for an 11-show residency held at Park MGM last fall.

Neil's bandmate Nikki Sixx told USA Today last month that Neil's 'health is of most concern' after his stroke.

'Vince doesn't want to pull any punches and we didn't want to do any songs that maybe were too much on him,' Sixx said. 'But he was like, 'I'm in.''

Neil 'really came to work and was sounding good pre-production,' Sixx said, adding that 'he really came alive' once the band 'hit the stage.'

Sixx said, 'He just wanted to be the best he could be... he's taken a lot of bricks in the face over the years for his vocals live and he doesn't like seeing that kind of stuff.

'So he really wanted to come in and not only prove to himself but to the fans that he's vocally totally capable.'

The musical group behind hits such as Home Sweet Home, Kickstart My Heart and Dr. Feelgood is slated to play eight shows in Las Vegas next spring at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
