The former Love Island star, 30, who welcomed a baby girl with her fiancé, Mark O'Connor, around this time last year, took to social media to document her fitness transformation after giving birth to her second child.
In one short video clip, Montana looked incredible in a seamless blue underwear set, posing up a storm in her bathroom mirror.
Documenting her fitness journey over the past year, Montana shared with her followers several clips of herself working out in the gym with weights, going on outdoor runs, and doing cryotherapy.
In another short video clip, Montana showed off her toned figure in a seamless lilac bra and blue bottoms.
She captioned the post: 'Falling back into fitness has been my saviour this year. It’s been such hard work but there is some pretty incredible fitness communities around.

Montana's post comes after she revealed she is ending her breastfeeding journey.
The Love Island star is mother to Jude, two, and Miley, who turns one next month, with her fiancé Mark, and often chronicles her parenting online.
Earlier this month, she shared a lengthy post revealing she was stopping breastfeeding Miley, as feeding and co-sleeping had left her 'irritable, impatient and angry' while suffering poor mental health due to 'not sleeping in three years'.
In a post over the weekend, Montana showcased her incredible figure in a bikini and discussed how she is 'committed to feeling her best'.
In her post regarding prioritising herself, she wrote: 'I feel like I’ve co-slept for 3 years, breast fed and just given every damn inch of myself to those babies and it has felt really nice to spend more time to focus on personal goals.'
In the post, Montana wrote: 'How I really feel about stopping breastfeeding… Completely Relieved! I’m going to be honest, I have really not enjoyed breastfeeding the last 4 months...
'I have persisted because I know it’s good for Miley and we’ve had things planned which I know it would be more convenient to continue...
