Mis-Teeq star Su-Elise Nash has revealed that she was blindsided by band member Sabrina Washington's solo tour announcement just days after their sold-out comeback show as she remarked: 'That's news to me!'
The trio – consisting of Su-Elise, 45, Sabrina, 47, and Alesha Dixon, 47 – left fans thrilled earlier this month as they played a spectacular 25th anniversary concert at OVO Arena Wembley, following their reunion after two decades.
However, hopes of a more permanent reunion were dashed on Monday when lead singer Sabrina announced she was going it alone with her very own headline tour, aptly named A One Night Stand Just Ain't Enough.
And while Sabrina may well be excited to take to stages across the UK for a personal celebration of Mis-Teeq's music, it appears that she forgot to inform the rest of the group.
Just hours after her big announcement, Su-Elise took to Instagram sharing a screenshot of an article stating Mis-Teeq have split amid Sabrina's solo plans, with the singer expressing her shock at the news.
Sharing her thoughts, Su-Elise informed her fans that on the very day of Sabrina's announcement, Mis-Teeq had a deadline to confirm plans of more shows, including performing at a major UK festival.

Su-Elise penned: 'As far as I was aware, today was our deadline to make a decision on some incredible Mis-Teeq offers for 2027… including headlining a major UK festival, performing at another huge UK festival and potentially taking the show regional for everyone who couldn't make Wembley.
'After the incredible response to our sold-out Wembley Arena show, I genuinely believed these were opportunities we were all excited about and hopefully saying YES to today as Mis-Teeq!
'So to find out that a press release went out to media today saying 'Mis-Teeq have split' has taken me by surprise.
'That's news to me…'
Signing off on her post, the Scandalous hitmaker added: 'Either way, I'm incredibly proud of what we achieved at Wembley and so grateful to everyone who came out and supported us.'
Furthermore, the star went on to 'like' comments from fans slamming Sabrina's decision to organise a tour behind the backs of her fellow group members, with one criticising her for her 'complete lack of integrity' and 'disrespect'.
Meanwhile, Su-Elise 'liked' a response by former Mis-Teeq member Zena McNally – who joined the girls on stage during their gig – with many fans calling for her to join forces with Su-Elise and Alesha.
Amid Su-Elise's anger, it appeared that Alesha too was unaware of the major update as around the same time, she was still sharing clips of the band's nostalgic show at Wembley.
The Daily Mail have contacted Mis-Teeq's representatives for comment.

Sabrina's tour plans brought an end to fans' hopes that Mis-Teeq could take to the stage together again in the future.
She will perform the records she helped create, record and make famous, including Scandalous, All I Want, One Night Stand and Why.
The show will also revisit Sabrina's own solo career, including international hits OMG, Make It Hot and Don't Call Me.
Sabrina said: 'The reaction to the Mis-Teeq reunion has honestly been overwhelming. We knew there was still so much love for the music, but seeing just how much these songs continue to mean to people 25 years later has been incredibly emotional.
'From the moment Wembley was announced, I was receiving messages from people saying, 'What about Manchester? Where's Birmingham? Are you coming to Scotland? What about the rest of the world?' and I kept seeing people saying that one night simply wasn't enough. So there really could only be one name for this tour!
'Walking out at Wembley and hearing thousands of people singing those songs back to us was something I'll never forget. It was such a special way for the three of us to celebrate everything we achieved together.
'These songs changed my life. I recorded them, I wrote many of them and I have so many memories and stories attached to them, as do our supporters.
'This tour gives me the opportunity to celebrate that music in my own way and get much closer to the public who have supported us for all these years.
'And I want it to feel like a proper night out. I want people getting their old gang back together, getting dressed up, doing their hair and make-up with the music blasting and then coming out and feeling like they're back in those clubs again.
'We're going to have special guests, surprises and some familiar faces from that era joining us along the way, so every night can have something a little bit different.
'Whether you were there with us 25 years ago or just discovered Scandalous for the first time, this is going to be a celebration.
'Wembley was our One Night Stand, but as it turns out, a one night stand just ain't enough!'
