Miranda Hart has hit back at claims of a feud with Joanne McNally after their heated clash on Celebrity Traitors.
During Thursday's episode of the hit BBC show, the comedian and actress bumped heads over Miranda's 'bouncing floor' theory.
Miranda was convinced that Joanne was a Traitor after she heard the floorboards move during a challenge.
But after talking to some of the celebs, the actress realised her theory might not be correct – but still brought up her blunder at the roundtable.
Joanne told her: 'You've just brought in a debunked theory and brought it to the floor again.'
'I'm saying debunked,' Miranda replied.
Miranda Hart has hit back at claims of a feud with Joanne McNally after their heated clash on Celebrity Traitors
During Thursday's episode of the hit BBC show, the comedian and actress bumped heads over Miranda's 'bouncing floor' theory
But now Miranda has broken her silence on their show 'feud'
Following their heated exchange fans were left convinced that their castle 'feud' had spilled over into real life as it was revealed that Miranda doesn't follow Joanne back on Instagram.
But now Miranda and Joanne have broken their silence on rumours.
Taking to her Instagram Stories after the episode aired, Joanne described the episode as 'the one where I snapped at Miranda at the table'.
She went on to defend herself, saying: 'Was it my finest moment? No. Did the tension of the roundtable and the general gaslighting get into my head in that moment? Yes it did.
'What can you do? It is a game about gaslighting. It's a funny game to navigate. Rest assured, me and Miranda have laughed about it since.'
Miranda also took to her Stories and wrote, 'Love this woman' over a clip of Joanne explaining her haphazard approach to the game.
In another post, Miranda wrote of the roundtable exchange: 'It's so funny to me that people are saying that you snapped. Never felt like that.
'Was never stressed. And actually we chinked glasses and laughed on the night,' with kissing emojis to round it off.
During a challenge on Thursday, Miranda believed she could hear Joanne on the floor boards trying to sabotage the game
Then at the round table, Miranda announced to the room that her 'bouncing floor theory' was officially debunked
Joanne fumed: 'So I was just... Of all the people, you would say I was the one moving round the floor seems a bit mad when I literally didn't move.'
Thursday's episode saw the cast take on another challenge, where the Faithfuls stood completely blindfolded in a room while the Traitors (Maya Jama and King Kenny) were tasked with quietly sabotaging the game.
Traitor James Acaster refused to participate out of fear of being caught, leaving his team frustrated.
While blindfolded, Miranda felt the floorboards next to her creak, leading her to believe it was Joanne due to her pre-existing bias against the comedian.
After the challenge, the actress enthusiastically shared her physical evidence with James Blunt but soon backtracked after Joanne caught wind of the accusation and reacted furiously.
Then at the round table, Miranda announced to the room that her 'bouncing floor theory' was officially debunked.
She said: 'On discussion since, I'd like to declare the bouncing floor theory debunked. So apologies if that sounds accusatory in any way.'
Michael Sheen asked: 'Why is it debunked?'
Miranda continued: 'Umm, it could've been on the other side of the room, and a floorboard could have been... It doesn't necessarily mean it's the people next to me.'
Frustrated, Joanne interrupted: 'Well, obviously you've said it now. So Miranda said that she thought I was moving around the floor. And I was just like, 'That's not true.'
'It's so not true that then I was suspicious of Miranda because I was like, that just feels like such a set-up.
'Because I had such a heavy table last night, and then you're, I just said that just makes me not trust you. It's the truth.'
Miranda replied: 'I get that you would think that, yeah.'
Joanne fumed: 'So I was just... Of all the people, you would say I was the one moving round the floor seems a bit mad when I literally didn't move.'
'Hence me saying I'd debunked the theory.' Miranda replied before Joanne pushed back: 'You've just brought in a debunked theory and brought it to the floor again.'
'I'm saying debunked,' Miranda replied.
