Milania Giudice’s legal saga continues.
Three months after the 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice was arrested for assault, Milania’s attorney Alan Kraminsky shared during an Aug. 11 court hearing that she has enrolled in anger management classes, according to Page Six.
During Milania’s virtual appearance in Montville Township Municipal Court, Kraminsky informed the judge that he had met with the prosecutor, who asked to postpone their next hearing so that his client could complete an anger management course.
Noting that the state needs to review discovery and speak to officers in the case, the judge granted a new date of Sept. 29 for the hearing, according to the outlet.
E! News has reached out to Kraminsky for comment but has not heard back.
Milania was arrested in May following an incident in Montville, New Jersey.
Two months later, judge Vincent Failla read during a July 14 court hearing, obtained by Page Six, that Milania allegedly "did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim L.R. in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim's forehead, during a domestic dispute."
The reality star pleaded not guilty to disorderly simple assault-purposely/knowingly causing bodily injury, according to court records obtained by E! News.
The judge noted during the hearing that if Milania is found guilty, "as it's written, it carries with it the possibility of six months in jail, probation and fines in excess of $500."

As for Milania—the third of Teresa and ex Joe Giudice’s four daughters—she broke her silence on the incident as well as speculation surrounding the validity of her mugshot weeks later.
“That mugshot of me, you guys really believe that's AI?” Milania said in a June 28 TikTok video. “I ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of, but I'm being sure of that.”
As for how the University of Tampa Student feels in hindsight about the alleged altercation?
“I mean, it is what it is,” she said. “S--t happens in life, and it is what it is. You got to learn from it, just become a better person, and talk about it, and I just was not in a good area in my life.”
