Paris Jackson Says She's Mom Debbie Rowe's Clone in Rare Family Photos

Paris Jackson has always been ready to rock with her mom Debbie Rowe.

The "Let Down" singer—who was primarily raised by dad Michael Jackson until his death in 2009 and then grandmother Katherine Jackson—detailed her first meeting with Rowe at 15 years old. And as she revealed, it was far from awkward despite her unconventional upbringing.

"I remember coming downstairs and she was in the living room with my grandma," Paris, now 28, recounted on the Aug. 12 episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast. I came in and I was just like, 'Hey, mom.'"

And after Rowe, 67, greeted her with an equally casual "hi," Paris said the two "talked for a second" before going out and spending the day together.

"She's a [Sagittarius] so she's got the fire, and I'm an Aries so I got the fire," the model explained of how they clicked so quickly. "We're very similar."

Plus, Paris understood "how expectations can f--k us up" as humans, so she didn't have any while being introduced to Rowe, who is also mom to her 29-year-old brother Prince Jackson. (The biological mother of Bigi "Blanket" Jackson, 24, has never been publicly identified.)

"When I walk into something and I don't have expectations, it creates this really cool space for something organic to just blossom," Paris continued, adding that walking into a relationship with expectations can lead to disappointment or "resentment."

In the years that followed, her and her mom's bond has only strengthened. In fact, the Swarm actress celebrates Mother's Day with Rowe.

"It's cool," Paris shared 2021 appearance on Red Table Talk. "Getting to know her, seeing how similar we are, getting into what kind of music she likes—and she really likes country and folk."

She added, "We look a lot alike. It's just cool having her as a friend. It's very chill, which I love. It's the perfect word to describe it."
