What Ashley Tisdale Texted Meghan Trainor After "Toxic" Mom Group Drama

Meghan Trainor's new gift for her son will make you look.

The "All About That Bass" singer shared that she had a look-alike doll made of herself to help her son, Riley—who she shares with husband Daryl Sabara—deal with his separation anxiety when she's on the road.

"My sweet 5-year-old boy is having separation anxiety," Trainor shared in a video posted to Instagram Aug. 13, "so he’s started using his stuffies, his Smurfette, and was like, ‘This is Mama, this is Mama,’ and I thought, ‘I’ll make a mama, I’ll make a stuffie that looks like Mama.'"

"The thing is, I did," she added, holding up a stuffed doll made in her likeness, "and he loves it. He kisses it, he hugs it."

Riley then ran over to the Grammy winner to ask what she as doing as he cuddled the doll and told Trainor he loved her.

"Showing off your mama doll," she replied. "Aw, you love it? You think this looks just like me?"

Riley then said "yup" as he ran out of frame, leaving his mom—who also shares son Barry, 3, and daughter Mikey, 6 months, with Sabara—to contemplate the doll's uncanny resemblance to her.

"She's even got my thin hair, do you know what I mean?" she pointed out. "Kinda looks like me, dude!"

The 32-year-old's gift to her son comes as she's been spending more time at home following her "difficult decision" to cancel her Get in Girl tour "after a lot of reflection and some really tough conversations."

“Balancing the release of a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour, and welcoming our new baby girl to our growing family of five has just been more than I can take on right now,” she wrote on her Instagram Story in April, “and I need to be home and present for each and all of them at this time.”
