Megan McKenna was left feeling humilated when she was refused entry to a BRIT Awards afterparty.
The former TOWIE star, 33, who has also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, said she was having a great night at February's BRITs, which were held in Manchester for the first time.
But the evening turned sour when she and her manager tried to continue the fun at a bar in the city.
Speaking on the Great Company With Jamie Laing podcast, Megan, who now lives in Germany with her footballer husband Oliver Burke, and their son Landon, 21 months, was asked when was the last time she cried.
She responded: 'Last time I cried, basically, I went to the BRIT Awards. It was amazing, had an amazing night, beautiful table, sat down, watched Harry Styles, it was great.'
'And then, me and my manager went to a Warner afterparty, had the best time ever. Then we thought, "Let's meet our friends, let's go to a couple of bars afterwards. – in my ballgown."'

Megan continued: 'So, we get to the door of somewhere, I get papped at the door, everyone is coming out going, "Megan, how are you? Oh are you coming up?" I'm like, "Yeah! See you in a sec."'
It was then that she claims door staff refused her entry. 'I get to the door and security are all funny, they go, "You're not allowed in," I was like, "Oh, OK. Why?".'
She recalled one of the security workers telling her that '"someone from above has text us and your name is on the list that are not allowed in"'.
Megan said she walked away but tried one last time, begging the staff '"Can I just walk in? Because I've been pictured. And then I'll walk out the back door".'
'I'm gobsmacked, never happened to me in my entire life. So I got in a cab, cried the whole way home,' admitted Megan.
'It's so belittling and so horrible. And there's also ways of saying it, like, these security men were so rude, like I was a piece of s***.
'The treatment I got, so horrible. It ruined my whole night, didn't even go to the other clubs we wanted to go to.'
Megan and her manager headed back to their hotel after the humiliating incident but in the lobby she had another unpleasant encounter.

'We sobbed and we checked into the hotel, and just to top it off, there was a guy sitting down on the sofas. He went, "Are you that Megan McKenna?"'
'I swear, I turned around and I said, "Yeah," he went, "Cor, you used to look well better on TV." I looked at him and went, "Oh that's lovely isn't it," I just walked through the doors and thought, "I'm done."
'That was my night. I was really glam for the night, I thought, are you joking? I've spent three hours in glam for this night.'
Megan now works as an Influencer whilst continuing in her music career. She made the move to Germany after meeting Oliver, whilst a terrifying burglary at her UK home two years ago forced her to reconsider her priorities.
'I was robbed really badly in my own home. It scared me so much to be in the UK and to live in the UK on my own, because obviously Ollie's in Germany,' she explained.
Speaking on the Great Company With Jamie Laing podcast , Megan, who now lives in Germany with her footballer husband Oliver Burke, and their son Landon, 21 months, was asked when was the last time she cried
She explained how after a holiday together Oliver had to return to Germany, leaving Megan alone in her UK home with her dog. She fell asleep around 11pm and then woke to find the house 'shaking'.
She said: 'I was such a disorientated mess. I was like, 'What?' And then I just knew that it was happening to me, and I was like, 'Oh my God'.'
'I get goose pimples now thinking about it. They were inside my house.'
'The next thing I know, my mirror has come off my wall, and they're hacking a hole through my wall with a baseball bat. They're three masked men with machetes and baseball bats, and they managed to hack a hole in my wall because it was a fake wall going onto my dressing room, linked to my bedroom.'
A tearful Megan explained how she called the police and they arrived at her house within minutes. 'It was the longest seven minutes I've ever experienced in my entire life, and the police were saying to me 'Don't speak to them.''
'I said, 'I can hear they've got weapons. They're hacking my wall down,' and they were like, 'We're on our way.' And I was like, 'No, they're hacking my wall down'. And they were like, 'Please don't talk to them'.
Megan defied the police and said she told them 'if I don't go and talk to them and ask them what they want, they're going to come in and kill my dog'.
Adding that she was naked at the time and had cut her foot so there was 'blood everywhere', she then approached the men and they took her jewellery.
'I went over to them. I was naked. I was talking to this man in a balaclava, and he grabbed my hand and he took jewellery off of me.'
'Like I actually was holding hands with the robber, and they had a conversation outside the wall, and they made a phone call.'
'I was shaking. I'd cut my foot. There was blood everywhere. It was like a bloody murder scene. And then I'm standing naked, and they just left with nothing, with nothing else.'
She told the podcast that her home was 'obviously targeted'.
