Homer Gere made his on-screen debut with Sydney Sweeney in a racy bedroom scene in the hit HBO show Euphoria.

The nepo baby, 26, appeared in episode seven of the series as Hollywood heartthrob Dylan Reid.

And if you thought Homer looks familiar, that is probably because he looks the spitting image of his Hollywood star dad, Richard Gere.

The rising star is the son of Richard and his second wife, former Bond girl Carey Lowell.

He was born in New York City in 2000, with his father calling him 'the love of [his] life.'

'Loves music, very fast runner, very smart,' he continued. 'Very funny.'

The Runaway Bride star added: 'Pretty quick he learned irony, which is a wonderful quality for any human being.'

Richard and Carey tied the knot in 2002, but separated in 2013.

His father said at the time that he would always ensure his work didn't take him away from home for too long

'My film decisions are mostly mine, but I'm very careful about not being away from my son, Homer James Jigme Gere, for very long,' he told the Hindustan Times in 2015.

'So, if I have to be away for long, I talk to him about it, and if there is a problem, I don't take up the project. And I have done that. Your family is more important than anything.'

Richard and Carey finalised their divorce in 2016, with his father going on to marry Alejandra Silva in 2018.

After a high-profile custody battle between his parents that ended in 2016, Homer lived primarily with his mother.

Homer went on to graduate from the Hackley School in NYC before earning a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in visual arts from Brown University in 2024.

He then reportedly worked as a research assistant in the Therapeutic Neuroscience Lab at Brown's School of Public Health before transitioning into acting.

While he has made a few red carpet appearances alongside his father over the years, he is now stepping out on his own.

'It just so happens that he's only recently started acting himself,' Richard told Vanity Fair Spain.

'He's suddenly become interested and seems to be enjoying it. He's been writing and directing small films, so we have this new thing in common.'

Last month, Homer opened up on how his famous father has coached him amid his burgeoning onscreen career.

'It's not necessarily related to like the craft, but more like how do you carry yourself, how do you make this work in a positive way,' he told Entertainment Tonight.

He also cited his father's daily phone calls. 'Having that kind of sounding board constantly is amazing,' Homer added.

Homer was praised for showing off his ‘regular body’ in the latest Euphoria episode.

Episode seven, titled Rain or Shine, saw OnlyFans creator Cassie (Sydney) get extremely close to TV star Dylan (Homer) and enjoy a steamy sex session with the hunk in a bid to gain more followers for her subscription account.

After the racy scene, Dylan popped into the kitchen shirtless to grab a glass of water, while Cassie made the decision to post a snap of them together on his socials with the caption: 'World’s greatest f**k @itsjustmecassie.'

And while Sydney's X-rated shenanigans have got a lot of people talking this season, many rushed to X, formerly known as Twitter, to swoon over Homer in the saucy scene.

They penned: 'This is the type of men we like to see not all that steroid and looksmaxing gymrat s**t #Euphoria';

'I was confused why he wasn’t all botched up but we love to see natural men on the big screen'; 'Like this is the type of man I neeeeeeed.'

'Richard Gere’s son Homer Gere is currently going viral for his “regular body” after featuring in the latest Euphoria episode.'

'Now that's my type'; 'He’s hot'; 'This is a real man everyone.'; 'It’s the confidence that makes him sexy.'
