Maya Jama gave fans an insight into her daily life in South Africa as she continues to film Love Island: All Stars abroad.
On Wednesday, the presenter danced around her hotel room in a sports bra... before confessing she ended up skipping the gym.
Mayaa seemed in high spirits as she sang J. Holiday's track Suffocate while wearing a plunging grey sports bra and matching leggings.
She climbed off her bed and kicked her leg in the air in the clip before moving towards her window and singing and banging on the glass.
The ITV star admitted: 'I've had this f***ing gym kit on for two hours and have I done anything, no'.
In a second photo, Maya revealed she had given up on the idea of going to the gym to workout as she slipped into a bikini to soak up the sun by a lavish swimming pool.

It comes after Maya set pulses racing on Tuesday as she shared a behind-the-scenes video from her latest campaign with Rimmel London.
The Love Island host looked nothing short of sensational in a skin-tight red latex catsuit and debuted a new fringe for the bold look.
She paired the jaw-dropping outfit with knee-high red leather boots and posed for several stunning snaps.
To complete her look, Maya wore a bold swipe of red lipstick from Rimmel London's Thrill Seeker Lip Latex collection.
Captioning the post, she wrote: 'More fun to keep the original audio on the BTS. On my Britney ish for New Thrill seeker lip latex campaign & it’s my signature red lip (lips emoji) Out now in the shops (kiss emoji) Ad - liveyourlondonlook.'
Maya became the new face of Rimmel London in 2023 and was said to have signed a multi-million-pound deal, replacing supermodel Kate Moss.
A source told The Sun at the time: 'Rimmel is one of the biggest brands in beauty with a very British core, so pinpointing Maya to be their figurehead shows she's very much the It Girl of the moment.'

'They needed a big name to take over from Kate, who had already stepped back from the role.'
'Rimmel believes Maya ticks that box — plus they hope she can also appeal to a younger and more diverse audience. A backlash is expected given Maya is nearly half Kate’s age, but the company are happy with their decision. It’s a dream come true for Maya.'

And on Monday Maya took herself out for a meal as she enjoyed some time off from filming.
She flashed her abs in a skintight white crop top with a bikini top underneath and low-rise jean shorts.
On the fun video, Maya penned: 'Mysterious girl who dines alone volume 2.'
It comes after she opened up about solo dining abroad as she enjoyed a lavish tasting menu at Eleven Eats.
Revealing that she is out on a solo mission, she took to her Instagram stories last week and posted a snap of the small menu, which would have set her back £83.
This was followed by a Story showcasing the delicious food, with the caption: 'This is gonna be one of those really fancy meals that is mini & tastes fab but has you sh*****g water for days.'

Once she returned home from her meal out, Maya opened up about dining alone in another country, admitting that she feels too 'shy' to do it in London.
Speaking to the camera, she said: 'My favourite thing about being abroad is I feel no shame to just sit at a restaurant alone.'
'Whereas in London I don't know what it is, I feel a bit shy, like I've got no pals, or like someone stood me up. But here..(cheers to the camera).'
On top of the clip, she penned: 'I can be that mysterious woman who's lived a thousand lives and rolls solo because nowhere and no-one can keep up with her.'
