Matt Zukowski has had a major glow up as he embraces life as a single man.
The former Love Island star, who ended his brief marriage to Tammy Hembrow last year, has clearly been hitting the gym has he works on self-improvement.
The 30-year-old posted an Instagram video on Wednesday, in which he went shirtless and flaunted his growing muscles.
In the clip, which was a 'fit check' that showcased his outfit of the day, Matt was looking very buff indeed.
The reality star was also sporting more facial hair than usual, and appeared in excellent spirits despite admitting he struggled as his marriage broke down.
Matt is fighting fit and recently admitted he's looking for a new romantic partner.

The TV star and fitness influencer Tammy, 31, were embroiled in a whirlwind romance, which included a seven-month marriage that ended in 2025.
Almost a year on from their separation, Matt revealed to Daily Mail what his dating life looks like now and the key characteristic he looks for in a woman post-divorce.
'I'm out there. I'm chatting to people. I learned a lot about myself, especially, and what I need and what my expectations are in a relationship,' he said.
'I'm not going to rush into anything, but I'm open to anything.'
When asked what he now looks for in a romantic partner, Matt said: 'There is a lot of stuff, but the main thing I'm looking for is someone who is kind.
'Love is kind. And that's something I've learned.'
Matt and Tammy got engaged in December 2023 after just three months of dating.
They tied the knot almost a year later, in November 2024, but split rumours began to circulate in early 2025.

In June, the pair announced they were divorcing after seven months of marriage.
Matt has been very open in recent months about how he is moving forward following the public breakdown of his marriage.
The podcaster made an emotional appearance on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, where he described his marriage to Tammy as 'scary'.
'I'm pretty emotional as it is. I wear my heart on my sleeve. The whole experience was draining and exhausting,' he said.
Matt said he was now feeling like a 'new man' and has since dipped his toe back into the dating pool.
He was most recently spotted enjoying a cosy dinner date with a mystery woman in Bali, with the pair sitting down to eat at Plantation Grill at Double Six in Seminyak.
