Married At First Sight star unleashes brutal clapback after troll says his son 'looks like a little girl'

Married At First Sight star Michael Brunelli has clapped back at a troll after the rage baiter said his three-year-old son 'looked like a little girl.'

The father-of-two shot back with a gallery of doctored images that brutally mocked the keyboard warrior's insensitive remark.

Michael, 35, shared a screenshot of the nasty comment with a photo of his boy, Lucius, on his Instagram over the weekend.

In the cute snap, the father-of-two can be seen cuddling his son, who wears a colourful top and sports extra-long hair.

'No disrespect, but your son looks like a little girl,' wrote the troll, who uses the name Julzz.

'The long hair and the clothes you dress him. Need to start making him look like a little boy,' they continued. 

Michael, who met Martha Kalifatidis on season 6 of MAFS in 2019, responded: 'Been thinking about this comment today...

'And I figured, since Julzz (and some others) are so concerned with a three-year-old's hair...I'd give them some options.'

He followed this with a set of tiles showing Lucius modelling a series of different hairstyles, including dreadlocks, a mullet, a buzz cut and frosted tips.

The fan favourite also shared an image of his boy showing off a 'broccoli' perm, a 'suave' cut, and a 'speed racer' short cut, with etched lines.

Michael's followers responded enthusiastically to his cheeky post.

'This is gold !!!! Mullet for sure,' wrote one, while another added, 'Dreadlocks. Definitely the dreadlocks.'

Said a third follower, 'I love his beautiful hair just the way it is.'

Influencer Steph Claire Smith responded with a long line of laughing emojis.

Meanwhile, Michael and Martha, 36, announced in March that they had welcomed their second child, a daughter.

Alongside sweet images of their newborn, the proud mum shared the little girl's unique name.

'Our girl is here. Sunday Maria Brunelli, two weeks early and completely perfect. We are smitten,' she wrote.

Martha had announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post in October.  

In her caption, the former reality star, who battled hyperemesis gravidarum – a severe form of morning sickness – during her first pregnancy, hinted that she is again unwell.

It follows a string of candid updates from Michael, who recently shared an emotional video reflecting on the toll parenthood and pressure have taken on both him and Martha.

The personal trainer revealed that while he loves being a dad, the past two years have been challenging.

He confessed he's been stuck in 'survival mode,' neglecting his own health while prioritising his role as a father and partner.

The pair got engaged two years after their TV wedding on Married At First Sight, but have yet to tie the knot officially.
