MANTRA Chain, the layer 1 blockchain built around tokenizing real-world assets, has paused network operations following an incident that is still under investigation, the team announced Thursday.
All endpoints and transactions have been frozen, temporarily disrupting deposits and withdrawals involving the chain.
The project has not disclosed a root cause or estimated recovery timeline, saying it will share verified information through its official channels. Users have been advised to wait before attempting transactions.
MANTRA’s token, formerly known as OM, slid around 10% over the past day, bucking a market-wide rally that sent Bitcoin close to $74,000.
