Mandy Moore got candid about having 'loose skin' around her tummy after giving birth to three children.
The 42-year-old actress took to her Instagram Story on Thursday to share a short clip of her midriff while she posed in front of a mirror.
She was wearing a sports bra and high-waisted leggings, which she had pulled down before stretching the skin on her stomach.
'After 3 kids in 3 1/2 years, this is what my body is.... Loose skin and all,' she wrote over the video.
Moore and her husband, musician Taylor Goldsmith, share sons Gus, five, and Ozzie, three, and daughter Lou, nearly two.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Moore's representatives for comment but has yet to hear back.

Also on Thursday, Moore shared footage of her working out in the gym with her personal trainer.
'Also I'm super awkward and not a natural athlete but I’m committed to getting stronger for the long run,' she wrote over the video of herself doing a pull-up and holding herself up in that position with the support of her trainer.
Last month, she opened up about having three children in less than four years and the 'toll' it took on her.
She made an appearance on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, and in the episode released in early June, Moore admitted she is 'still emotionally recovering.'
'I do feel lucky that energetically, pregnancy was very easy for me,' she continued.
'I didn't suffer from any sort of postpartum symptoms and stuff, so I feel like I had a relatively easy journey all things considered,' she added.
In the same podcast episode, she also talked about how she explored IVF (in vitro fertilization) as an option prior to learning she was pregnant with her daughter.

After conceiving her two sons naturally with husband Taylor Goldsmith, Moore said she decided to explore IVF as an 'insurance policy' as she considered the possibility of expanding her family.
The couple hoped the process would give them greater flexibility by allowing them to freeze an embryo until the timing felt right for a third child.
'So, I did a round of IVF, and it was unsuccessful, we didn't get any viable eggs, no embryos,' Moore said on the podcast.
'And I was like okay, well this just settles that. If this is something that is meant to be, it will happen naturally.'
Moore went on to explain that she was content with her growing family at the time, saying she was 'so grateful and so happy with these two guys,' referring to sons Gus and Ozzie.
But the actress then revealed that fate had other plans, joking about the arrival of her youngest child, daughter Louise - affectionately known as Lou - whom she and Goldsmith welcomed in 2024.
'And then Lou just had to show up,' Moore quipped. 'And she showed up very, very surprisingly.

She continued: 'We were not trying, but obviously we were open to it because of the IVF of it all.'
The actress has previously opened up about the unexpected twists in her path to motherhood.
In a 2024 post on the This Was Us podcast Instagram account, Moore revealed she had been told her chances of conceiving were low before she fell pregnant with her first child.
Reflecting on the experience, Moore wrote: 'The doctor told me there was a slim chance of getting pregnant… and then lo and behold to our surprise, I became pregnant with Gus.'
