Mama June star Pumpkin's young daughter thrown out of fancy private school over mom's 'hardcore' OnlyFans page

Former Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star Pumpkin has revealed that her X-rated OnlyFans account got her daughter barred from attending a prestigious private school.

Pumpkin, real name Lauryn Shannon, was in the process of having her eight-year-old daughter Ella Grace transferred to a 'Christ-centered' school in Georgia's Baldwin County when the application was allegedly rescinded over the reality star's 'social media activity'.

In a fiery Facebook post, Pumpkin blasted the school for how they handled the situation.

'I was told that my social media does not align with their school. Excuse me, what?' she fumed.

'I was brought into an office and told that my daughter would not be accepted because of MY social media. Not hers. MINE,' she added.

Pumpkin, 26, has been making headlines for the last few months after joining OnlyFans in a bid to make extra cash.

Former Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star Lauryn 'Pumpkin' Shannon has revealed that her OnlyFans account got her daughter barred from attending a prestigious private school

Pumpkin, 26, told Daily Mail that her daughter Ella Grace, eight, is now being homeschooled after the rejection

The mom-of-four has admitted to sharing 'hardcore' content on her account and has also been touring strip clubs, where she performs raunchy live shows.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Pumpkin said that her main issue with the school was the 'lack of communication' and that she felt that her time had been wasted going through the lengthy admissions process, only to then have Ella's acceptance letter withdrawn days before she was due to start school.

'I had already prior visited this school and was never made aware that they disliked my social media content,' she said.

'Never once was that discussed. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, one hundred per cent, and it's at their discretion, but they could've made it very clear before we started this process that she wouldn't be allowed there.'

Pumpkin also revealed that Ella will now be homeschooled and that she doesn't want her daughter at a 'judgy' school that would look down on her family.

'We've found a homeschool teacher who's willing to provide the higher criteria Ella needs and now she will enjoy the comfort of not being put into a judgemental system,' she said.

Pumpkin continued to defend her decision to become a sex worker in another Facebook post, explaining that the decision was financially motivated and that she shouldn't be judged for it.

'People love to talk about what certain ways of making money might cost your children someday, but nobody talks enough about what constantly struggling costs them right now,' she reasoned.

The 26-year-old has been making as much as $15,000 a day doing OnlyFans

In addition to her X-rated OnlyFans content, Pumpkin is also performing live in strip clubs across the country

'What does it cost a child when mom has to work two jobs and barely sees them?' she asked.

'What does it cost when she's physically there but completely exhausted? What does it cost when every unexpected bill is a crisis? When there's never enough time, never enough money, and never enough of mom left at the end of the day?

'I've lived that side of it and it wasn't that long ago!' she added.

Since doing OnlyFans, Pumpkin has been able to pay off her mortgage, clear all of her debt and start saving for the future.

Speaking to TMZ last week, she even admitted that her mother 'Mama June' Shannon and her younger sister Alana Thompson, better known as Honey Boo Boo, have helped to promote her OnlyFans page on social media.

'My family is super supportive,' Pumpkin gushed.

'I know that my mama's main goal is to make sure that obviously I make the amount of money that I need to make on exactly what I'm selling.'

Pumpkin defended her decision to become a sex worker in another Facebook post, explaining that the decision was financially motivated and that she shouldn't be judged for it.

Pumpkin films 'hardcore' sex tapes with her new boyfriend Darrin Kitchens

She then revealed that she cleared $10,000 on her first day on OnlyFans and can now earn up to $15,000 per day.

In a social media post in late April, Pumpkin also claimed that she'd already made $500,000 after joining the platform in early March.

She currently films raunchy content with her boyfriend Darrin Kitchens, who just so happens to be her ex-husband Josh Efird's cousin.

In an interview with the GWF podcast in April, the former TLC star said that she first wanted to do OnlyFans during the Covid pandemic, but Efird, who was still her husband at the time, was totally against it.

'I just wanna make money, you know what I mean?' she said.

Once Pumpkin and Efird divorced in 2024, she found love with his cousin Darrin and the couple started getting down and dirty on the internet.

They currently have a number of sex tapes for sale on Pumpkin's OnlyFans page, which are being sold for around $100 each.

The reality star even told TMZ that she has some 'girl-on-girl' content planned for the future and that she may even film a threesome with Kitchens one day.

On top of her adult film work, Pumpkin has also started dancing in stripclubs across the country – earning thousands of dollars per night.

She recently performed at Diamonds & Lace in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where patrons threw money at her as she twerked in a skimpy pleated skirt and lace bra.

Pumpkin filed for divorce from Efird in August 2024 after six years of marriage and the divorce was finalized a month later.

They have four children together, while Pumpkin is also the legal guardian of her younger sister Alana 'Honey Boo Boo' Thompson.

The family originally shot to fame on an episode of Toddlers & Tiaras in 2012, which led to their own show on TLC called Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.

The show was canceled by TLC in 2014, but the family returned to the spotlight a few years later on WeTV's Mama June: From Not to Hot.

While the show originally followed Mama June's weight loss journey, it has since evolved into a family reality show over the course of its eight seasons.
