Mama June Shannon looked in fantastic shape as she made a glamorous appearance on the red carpet.

The 46-year-old reality television star - who shocked fans with her thinner figure last month - seemed to be her thinnest yet in her 10-year weight journey as she sported a stunning gown.

At one point in her life, the star was over 500lbs and then she was able to get her weight down to around 150lbs after a gastric sleeve surgery in 2015, however yo-yo diets have had her weight in a constant state of flux.

The Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star was one of many in attendance at the AMC Networks 2026 Upfront held at Spring Studios on Wednesday.

A television network upfront is an annual spring event where major TV networks and streamers showcase their upcoming fall programming to advertisers, aiming to sell commercial airtime months in advance.

Shannon definitely looked ready for such an event as she showcased her slim figure in a shimmering sleeveless dress.

The Mama June: From Not to Hot star teamed the look with a pair of black shoes and shined with her accessories including large bracelet and multiple rings.

She added to the elegance as her hair was put in an updo to show off her thinner face.

Shannon accentuated her porcelain skin with complementary make-up which was contrasted with a swipe of shiny dark pink lip.

No doubt it was nice to see the reality star looking good both physically and mentally as she revealed a health scare last month.

'I had a total hysterectomy unexpectedly last year — last April (2025). It was not expected,' she told Virtual Reali-Tea co-hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy on March 3.

'It was a scare for me because I did have some fibroid cysts that went to separated cysts, and we had a little scare. Me, in my mind, going through what Anna went through, I was worried it was going to be ovarian cancer. I even told the [other] kids that. I was in my head for a long time.'

Mama June said she’s 'still dealing with medical issues.'

'Some days are a struggle for me, but it’s nothing like [cancer],' she said. 'I tell people, "We know it’s not ever gonna kill me, but it could immobilize me."'

In July Mama June said she was admitted to hospital, just hours after a psychic warned her about health issues.

The star met with a psychic during her daughter Jessica Shannon's bachelorette party, who told her she was carrying a lot of stress and 'may have a heart attack' because of it.

Hours later she found herself in severe pain and her husband Justin Stroud insisted she go to hospital because of the psychic's warnings.

In scenes from Mama June: Family Crisis, she can be heard saying: 'It is way worse than it has ever been.'

Doctors in the emergency room 'determined that ovarian cysts are causing her severe pain.'

Shannon has suffered a number of health issues in recent years, revealing that along with having to undergo a total hysterectomy, she had other ongoing ailments.

She told DailyMail.com: 'I am still dealing with the medical issues, and I don't want to go public with those until we find out where we are and what the treatment is going to be.

'So, the only thing that I've came public with is a hysterectomy, not the other health issues.'

The matriarch is also sober following her public battle with addiction five years ago.

She said: 'I'd say I'm five and a half straight, sober. No cigarettes, no alcohol, no nothing. You know, I don't even think about who that person was.'

In 2024, Mama June said she has been through an 'adjustment' since getting custody of her granddaughter.

The star went through a custody battle against her former son-in-law Michael Cardwell following the death of her daughter Anna 'Chickadee' Cardwell - who passed away in December 2023 at the age of 29 following a battle with cancer - to obtain the guardianship of their child Kaitlyn, 12, and she admitted that it had caused a big change in her new relationship with Justin Stroud.

She told People: 'Kaitlyn's been here for over a year now because they lived in the house where Anna passed away and she's getting adjusted.

'She definitely reminds us of Anna. I tell a lot of people that if you want to know what Anna looked like as a teenager, Kaitlyn. Attitude, the way she talks, the way she acts, everything is Anna to a f****** T!

'Her just not being here for the girls and a lot of s*** has happened. We had to go through a custody battle that we won. We had to also deal with Michael taking [his other daughter] Kylee away from everybody here and moving to Alabama.

'It is kind of an adjustment for me and Justin because honestly, the first year of our relationship, we didn't have any kids in the house.

The star also noted that she has tried to make Anna's widower Eldridge Toney - whom she married just weeks before her death - feel welcome in the family and they are all just trying to 'really figure it out' a year on from the tragedy.

She said: 'And then it came where Anna and Eldridge and the kids moved into our house before she passed away and now Kaitlyn's there and it's just an adjustment period.

'But it's not a bad one because if something's going on, I'm going to call [my daughter] Pumpkin and then put it in our family group chat and say, "Hey, this is going on..."

'And we just try to, I'll be honest with you, even with Eldridge, we try to bring him in because Anna would want [him] to be a part of it, for sure.

'So we do bring Eldridge in a lot on some stuff and then some stuff we just keep as a family and just try to really figure it out.'
