Married At First Sight (MAFS) UK star Shona Manderson has revealed she's got 'zero savings' after struggling to pay off her credit card debt.
The reality star, 34, previously appeared on the E4 series in 2023, but this year she alleged that Bradley Skelly engaged in a non-consensual sex act while they filmed the show, a claim he denies.
Shona has reflected on her recent challenges in a post on Instagram, telling her followers she is in a 'much better position' than she was last year.
The star now runs a yoga and Pilates business after her appearance on the show.
The star also opened up about her relationship with her boyfriend Matt Pilmoor, who she began dating after they met on MAFS, when he was married to Adrienne Naylor.
She said: 'I've always been pretty open about my finances. I have a mortgage, but £0 in savings and no pension.

'I'm proud of myself because I paid off my credit card debt this year and I'm in a MUCH better position than I was this time last year.
'But instead of putting that extra money away for future me I'm still investing a lot of it in present me.
'I need to find a better balance between the two but I'm proud of how far I've come.. even if I'm not where I thought I'd be at 34.'
Speaking about her relationship with Matt, she added: 'Sometimes love isn't the complicated part.
'We love each other very much but being from different cities, navigating some really difficult family circumstances and both starting new careers has meant the logistics of building a life together haven't always been simple.
'With both of us wanting to be close to our families for different reasons, figuring out where we eventually settle isn't straightforward.
'After three years we both thought we'd have more of the answers by now. When it comes down to logistics, NOT falling out of love it's really tough.'
'But how lucky are we to love each other enough to keep having the difficult conversations, keep choosing each other and keep figuring it out together?'

Shona previously waived her anonymity and alleged that Bradley Skelly engaged in a non-consensual sex act while they filmed the Channel 4 show, a claim he denies.
Shona, who appeared on the show in 2023, later found out she was pregnant and had an abortion, although she admits she is not sure if she fell pregnant from the alleged incident.
She said she 'completely lost her light' while appearing on the show.
Bradley said he understood his on-screen wife consented that night and categorically denied 'any allegations of sexual misconduct' or that he was 'controlling'.
Shona was one of three MAFS UK contestants to make claims to Panorama that they were victims of sexual misconduct on the show. Two women claim they were raped – a third claimed she was sexually assaulted.
Shona has since claimed welfare staff initially raised concerns about an off-camera incident involving Skelly, which she described as 'alarming behaviour'.
She alleged that the situation escalated to the point where welfare staff told her they were seriously concerned for her wellbeing and believed both she and Skelly would be removed from the programme.
However, according to Shona, producers later informed the couple that they could remain in the show, with Skelly allegedly being told to be 'on his best behaviour'.
She claimed the decision left her confused, saying: 'One minute you're going, the next you're staying.'
Shona argued that the response did not reflect the seriousness of what she says she experienced and claimed it had the effect of minimising her concerns.
She further alleged that the couple were ultimately removed from the show around an hour after she decided to speak more openly about her experiences during a filming segment called 'the box'.
Shona said the conflicting messages left her questioning the reasons behind the producers' decision-making and whether her concerns had been taken seriously.
Last month, it was also revealed that a former cast member had been arrested on suspicion of rape, after the documentary was broadcast.
Neither the individual arrested nor the alleged victim are being named, the BBC reports.
