Bec Zacharia is going under the knife yet again.
The Married at First Sight bride is heading back to Bali for more work, after she underwent a 'Barbie waist' procedure earlier this year.
Now that her rib contouring surgery has healed up, the 35-year-old has booked a boob job.
In a video shared on Instagram this weekend, Bec said that she is bound to get 'cancelled again' after facing backlash over her waist operation.
'I'm going to get more plastic surgery. I have been given an amazing opportunity to go and get these itty-bitty titties lifted and implanted, and I don't give a f**k what any of you say,' she ranted.
'I'm so excited about it. Like come at me, you know?' she continued.

'I'm going to an incredible, brilliant surgeon. I can only imagine that all the Internet trolls are gonna try and cancel me for this... but my boobs, my choice.
'I cannot wait to no longer be part of the itty-bitty titty committee.'
Bec said she is getting the work done so that her breasts no longer 'fall to the side' when she lies down in a bikini.
'I don't care. I look forward to all the content. I'm about to be cancelled again,' the defiant reality star said.
Bec also updated her fans on the progress of her rib surgery, explaining that she is now 12 weeks post-op and has removed her corrective corset.
'I'm happy with the results,' she insisted.
The social media star went on to share that she is working on her teeth, as well, and recently got Invisalign braces.
Earlier this month, Zacharia broke down in tears on a flight over the relentless criticism she has faced over her dramatic transformation.

Bec has been documenting her weight loss journey with her followers in recent months after dropping 30 kilos and undergoing the controversial 'Barbie waist' procedure in Bali.
She explained a follower accused her of contradicting her own weight-loss claims by eating desserts.
'I have lost 30 kilos now! Am I doing the wrong thing by being realistic about what I am doing? She was saying, "I see you shovelling down dessert in your car and eating a doughnut! It is not adding up",' she said.
She went on to explain she was deliberately taking a moderation-over-restriction approach to dieting, after previously struggling with binge eating.
Speaking on Daily Mail Australia's MAFS Unleashed podcast recently, Bec addressed the fierce backlash surrounding her Bali procedure and insisted she did not undergo rib removal.
'It's not rib removal, it's rib contouring,' she said.
She explained that the procedure involved altering her lower floating ribs and wearing a tight-fitted corset during her recovery.
She claimed doctors used a small needle and ultrasonic technology, with no incisions, and said she took paracetamol for just four days afterwards.
