Madonna flaunts rumored BBL while performing raunchy dance routine in outrageous new music video

Madonna has continued to fuel speculation that she’s had her backside surgically enhanced following the release of her new music video.

In her Confessions II visual, the 67-year-old flaunts her noticeably plumper rump in a variety of revealing outfits, including a daring leotard and a plunging blue mini-dress.

At one point, the Material Girl strikes a series of provocative yoga poses while performing a raunchy dance routine on a dining table.

While she’s never admitted to getting a Brazilian butt lift (otherwise known as a BBL), Madonna’s backside now appears much larger than it used to be.

She also still has toned legs and a slim waist, indicating that weight gain probably isn’t the cause of her new curves.

Old photos of Madonna taken throughout the first several decades of her career show her with a much more petite behind, even when she was at her most fit and muscular back in the early 2000s.

In another outrageous scene from her 10-minute Confessions II video, Madonna drags a young man into a toilet stall for a steamy rendezvous during a dance party in a nightclub bathroom.

The Queen of Pop initially gets down on her knees while someone else watches over the top of the cubicle with a look of complete shock.

The man then grabs Madonna's backside and lifts her up so that she can mount him.

It's unclear if the pair are just doing a racy dance routine in the stall or if something more X-rated is taking place.

The jaw-dropping music video is a short film to promote the release of her forthcoming album, Confessions II.

It comes after Madonna raised eyebrows with her voluptuous figure while delivering a lingerie-clad performance for Gay Pride in New York on Thursday.

Her setlist consisted of the new songs I Feel So Free, Bring Your Love, and Love Sensation, as well as original Confessions classics like Get Together, I Love New York and Hung Up.

She was also accompanied onstage by English DJ Stuart Price, whose history with her dates back to when they recorded Confessions On a Dancefloor together back in 2005. Price is also serving as a producer on Confessions II, which is slated for release on July 3.

Social media was ablaze with speculation following the performance, with one person writing, ‘She looks good from the front, but what happened to her bum?’

‘Now why would Madonna go and get a BBL? It looks like a diaper!’ wrote another.

Madonna has never confirmed or denied getting a BBL, instead chalking the conversation around her appearance down to ‘ageism and misogyny’.

But that hasn’t stopped people from speculating, with rapper 50 Cent even accusing the pop legend of getting a ‘bad BBL’.

Fans first wondered if Madonna may have had butt implants after she flaunted her changing shape during a handful of performances back in 2019.

Daily Mail contacted Madonna's representative for comment.

Madonna previously confronted criticism about her appearance in a lengthy Instagram post hitting out at 'ageism and misogyny.'

She complained that we live in a 'world that refuses to celebrate women past the age of 45 and feels the need to punish her if she continues to be strong willed, hard-working and adventurous.'

Madonna continued, declaring that she wasn't about to start apologizing for 'any of the creative choices I have made nor the way that I look or dress and I'm not going to start.'

At the time, the Like a Prayer singer said that while she felt she has been 'degraded' since her earliest days of fame, 'I understand that this is all a test and I am happy to do the trailblazing so that all the women behind me can have an easier time in the years to come.'
