The former Made In Chelsea star, 30, tied the knot in a second wedding after previously getting legally married at a London town hall last month.
The bride looked stunning in a satin ivory gown with a matching scarf and flowing veil, while saying 'I do' in front of friends and family on the sun-soaked day.
Meanwhile, Jordan looked handsome in a beige linen suit and white shirt for their special day, teamed with a pair of loafers.
Their guests shared videos and pictures from the day, including the moment Emily and Jordan exchanged vows at an alfresco altar.

Their famous guests included former co-stars Sophie Habboo and her husband Jamie Laing, Ruby Adler and her fiance Gavin Rubenstein and Tiffany Watson and her husband Cameron McGeehan.
Melissa Tattam and her husband-to-be Toby Watkins were also among guests as well as their former co-star Lily Ludovici and her partner Billy Precup.
Photos from the reception showed Ruby, Emily and Sophie enjoying an Aperol Spritz as they posed around the bride.
The group partied into the night sporting floral necklaces and tiny sombreros while tearing up the dance floor.

Mother-of-one Sophie looked incredible in a pale blue ruched Georgia Hardinge dress, wearing her blonde locks loose with glamorous make-up.

She told The Mirror: 'I need to do some [wedding planning]! We’re planning on getting married in 2026, so I’ve got a bit of time.
'Eva will be a little flower girl too, which is lovely. My main focus for our wedding is to have fun.'
Emily admitted: 'I just want it to be enjoyable – I don’t want to stress about it. I just want it to be a celebration and not a big wedding.'
