They split after Megan 'found material on MGK's phone that was upsetting, and it made her want him to leave the trip early,' the source said.

Machine Gun Kelly, born Colson Baker, left the trip earlier and they have not seen each other since.

Megan and MGK started dating in 2020 after she split from Brian following 10 years of marriage.

Megan previously revealed she believes she manifested the rapper turned rocker into the person he is, adding that she manifested him when she was four years old.

'He's literally my exact type that I've been manifesting since I was four. I'm also four years older than him. So, I think I made him.'

Adding: 'My thoughts and intentions grew him into the person that he is, who knows what he would've looked like or been like if it wasn't for me.'

Megan knew she was 'going to be in so much trouble' with him on the project, explaining: 'I didn't know why I was taking the movie. I just knew I needed to do it for some reason. And then when I was at the table read, there was still one character that hasn't been cast.'

She continued: 'And I asked, "Who was playing that character?" And they were like, "Oh, it's Machine Gun Kelly." And I kind of knew the name, but didn't, so I'm looking it up and I was like, "Oh, I'm going to be in so much trouble...'

Machine Gun Kelly maintained that he wanted to quit the film but decided not to because he wanted to meet Megan.

Megan explained to the magazine: 'He says that. And I do believe even the day before, he was trying to basically quit the movie and his best friend, Rook, his drummer, and then also his manager, Ashleigh, were both like, "But your scenes are with Megan Fox." And he was like, "F**k it! I'll get on the plane."'
