Luxe Listings real estate guru Gavin Rubinstein had a major property win last week after flogging off a dazzling waterfront home in Sydney for $11.56million.
The 34-year-old celebrity agent has boasted that the sale of the four-bedroom four-bathroom Hunters Hill home has set a new record for the prestige neighbourhood.
Situated 9kms from the CBD, the dazzling pad offers stunning harbour views.
Owned by a well-known family in the area, the 1640sqm block fetched $1million over the reserve, reported the Wentworth Courier on Friday.
'It was crazy,' Gavin, founder of The Rubinstein Group real estate agency, told the publication.
'It’s the highest price paid in the street and the fourth street record for us since opening our office just a few months ago.'

According to the listing, the property was sold with plans for development including a tennis court and dual occupancy.
Rubinstein's group also recently sold a six-bedroom spread nearby for $9million.
It last went under the hammer for $6.4million in 2021.

It comes after Rubinstein made a tidy profit after reportedly selling his luxurious Sydney pad for $8million earlier this year.
The reality star bought the five-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse in 2022 for $6.25million.
Located in up-scale Waverley, 8.5kms from the CBD, the multi-level home boasts an ultra chic design.
Rubenstein bought the lavish home soon after it was built by Future Flip, a construction firm specialising in prestige property, The Daily Telegraph reported.
No hard figure on the sale has been released by Rubinstein but the home is believed to have sold for around $8million.
Rubenstein became familiar with the home after managing the sale of the adjoining townhouse, which earned the vendor $6.25million.
Highlights of three-level property include an open plan design, a sculptured garden and an entertainment deck.
