Lucinda Strafford's mother has furiously hit out at ITV for 'violating her daughter in disgusting scenes' on Love Island: All Stars.

The influencer, 26, who is appearing on the dating show for the fourth time, not only angered her co-star Belle Hassan but also Love Island's loyal viewers this week.

While Belle, 27, spent three days away in the Casa USA villa, Lucinda got close to Sean Stone, who Belle is currently coupled up with.

Lucinda told Belle to stop looking at her 'like I'm a piece of dirt on your shoe', which resulted in Belle exploding at both Lucinda and Sean for their 'disrespectful behaviour'.

Belle later branded Lucinda a 'snake' before bursting into tears, with the girls in the villa rallying round her.

Lucinda's mum Nancy has now said the production team 'should be ashamed of themselves,' and branded the All Stars cast 'horrid'.

Commenting on a TikTok video about the explosive episode, Nancy wrote: 'That was a disgusting piece of TV.

'The production team should be ashamed of themselves. Lucinda didn't deserve to be violated like that… disgusting. What a horrid crowd of people. I hope she walks out… and as for all the haters… what a very sad world you live in.'

In another comment, she added: 'So disgusted that a TV production team can violate a girl like that in front of thousands without a care in the world.'

And Nancy will be forced to watch more painful scenes during Tuesday's episode, as Sean snogs Belle - leaving Lucinda seething.

Lucinda’s father Stephen, and her three brothers Euan, Rory and Fraser, are also known for publicly backing her.

Since the episode aired, Lucinda has received a wave of hate and nasty messages on social media.

Sharing a statement, the person running her social accounts penned: 'After tonight's episode, we just wanted to remind everyone that Love Island is a TV show. It's about exploring connections and being true to yourself, which is exactly what Lucinda is doing.

'The hate she's receiving is not okay on any level. Please remember that she will be coming out of the villa and seeing these comments, just like her family and friends are too.

'Words have impact, and this kind of negativity is unkind and damaging. Let's remember to be kind. Not only to Lucinda, but to everyone.'

ITV’s duty of care for Love Island: All Stars includes comprehensive, long-term support for contestants, featuring pre-filming, in-villa, and post-villa care managed by medical and mental health professionals.

Lucinda has become something of a fixture for the TV show, having first appeared in the seventh series in 2021, then on the Australian iteration two years later, followed by the Love Island Games last October.

The latter earned her a half-share of the $250,000 prize, as she and her partner Isaiah Campbell won the series.

But she has caused a stir by returning to Love Island for a fourth time.

A dramatic recoupling last week saw her forced to pick a boy to pair up with just 24 hours after her arrival. She chose Welshman Ciaran Davies, elbowing herself between his budding relationship with contestant Samie Elishi.

Samie believed she and Lucinda were friends before the show (Samie is also a seasoned Love Island veteran with two series already under her belt), so was shocked by the lack of a 'girl code' between the pair. Yet Lucinda claimed they hadn't spoken in almost a year.

Samie insisted that they had spoken through socials, which can be seen if you take a scroll back through their posts.

Lucinda brought up that she hadn't been invited to Samie's fragrance launch night. Samie quickly replied: 'You weren't even in the country!'

It has since been confirmed that Lucinda was in America and wouldn't have been able to attend the event.

Samie won't be the first person in the Love Island universe to distance herself from Lucinda, as she famously fell out with her former best friends Millie Court and Chloe Burrows on the 2021 show.

The feud kicked off when Lucinda divulged to Chloe's boyfriend Toby Aromolaran that Chloe had apparently cheated on him.

Lucinda took Toby's side while Millie remained 'Team Chloe', which put an end to the iconic trio.

Lucinda and Harriett Blackmore (Love Island series 11) have also seemingly had a fallout, as they went from posting together on socials to unfollowing each other. Harriet's close pal from the show Matilda Draper recently labelled Lucinda 'weirdo' for how she treated Samie in the recent All Star episodes.

The Daily Mail has contacted ITV for comment.
