'I cried a lot, couldn’t understand what was happening and felt the ugliest I have ever felt.. for someone that used to get blowdries every other day with long caramel locks - this was hard for my head to get around.

'Now I don’t know the reason for it and that made it worse for me, but I felt so insecure I would fill in my hair with coloured hair pens and none of you even would know, the sides fell out too and it was the start of my transformation internally and externally.

'I cut off all my hair and shaved the sides as a fuck it moment what will be will be - and I lost the mask of hiding behind my hair for the first time in my life. Liberation.

'I switched up my diet and kept on going with @arellauk as I’m in awe of their collagen … and now 6 months later my hair is BACK!!!

'Our mind body soul - all linked. Sort out all 3, stay in harmony and balance.. eliminate stress and process trauma, digest the good stuff for your body, meditate and you’re on a win.'

'It's always been someone around me died, does that make sense? But to feel Xaya and me in that situation was just next level. But I can't believe that they'd allow a car like that on the road, a hundred thousand pound car. I want answers.'

Malin, who only had her car serviced two months ago, went on to recall how she was initially made aware of a problem when she was alerted to an ‘engine failure’ warning.

Her instincts had kicked as she smelt smoke while driving along, with the TV star instantly stopping her car, throwing her daughter onto her back and fleeing from her daughter.
