Love Island's Lucinda Strafford has finally given her say on claims she's in a relationship with clothing CEO Huayi Huang who is funding her lifestyle on Sunday's episode.

The show finalist, 26, who is currently coupled up with Sean Stone in the villa, was hit with the accusation during the show's brutal dumping episode.

As the former contestants voted for the least compatible couple, Jack surprised his friend Sean by voting for him and Lucinda.

He implied that he had seen online that Lucinda was involved with the clothing company CEO of a brand called Peppermayo.

Jack explained: 'I did see on social media about you having a little situation maybe with a guy who owns a clothing brand.'

Love Island's Lucinda Strafford has finally given her say on her rumoured relationship with Peppermayo boss, Huayi Huang, (pictured), after it was claimed he has been funding her lifestyle

The show finalist, who is now coupled up with Sean Stone, was hit with an unexpected accusation during the show's brutal dumping, suggesting that she is already involved with another man

Defending herself, she said: 'Yeah that has been an ongoing thing for ages that has been online.'

Providing comfort to Sean later in the evening, Lucinda reassured him that any rumours circulating about her situation were not a reality in the present day.

Sitting at the mini firepit, Lucinda said: 'I can absolutely assure you that I am absolutely not in a relationship or I am not in a situationship.

'I just want to make it very, very, very, very clear that I am all for you and I love you.'

While Lucinda has neither confirmed nor denied her past connection to Huayi, the Daily Mail revealed that he has previously been funding her lavish lifestyle.

A source told the publication: ‘He funds her lavish lifestyle.

'She is treated to expensive meals and staycations in the UK, and jets around the world with Huayi on Peppermayo-brand trips.’

Lucinda has been on at least eight expensive jaunts with the Sydney-based label, including those stays at the Miami Grand Prix and Coachella, where all expenses are covered, including five-star hotel rooms or villas, travel, food and drinks.

It is also understood she has received an array of new outfits.

But as he explained his reasoning, Jack implied that he had seen online that Lucinda was involved with a clothing company CEO - while she hasn't denied past involvement she has reassured Sean that she loves him

Rumours that Huang and Lucinda could be dating began when they were pictured having a blazing row between the sunbeds of a Mexican resort in March last year.

Although at the time, she insisted to reporters that the two were ‘just friends’.

Lucinda has also shared videos on Snapchat of the couple at parties and downing shots together.

In what appears to be a veiled reference to Huayi, Lucinda’s ex-boyfriend has confirmed she is currently dating someone from outside the show.

Zac Nunn, who she met on Love Island Australia, told his Snapchat Story that Lucinda has now ‘found someone’ who is happy for her to go on dating shows despite being in a relationship – and said everyone in the villa should be made aware ‘that’s the deal’.

Lucinda certainly doesn’t shy away from flaunting her lifestyle online. In one recent TikTok, Lucinda can be seen grinning and dancing at a basketball game.

The caption reads: ‘Dance if you are on your 8th Peppermayo brand trip in 8 months’.

In another, she takes fans on a tour of the Tower Penthouse suite at The Londoner hotel in Leicester Square, which typically costs at least £7,000 a night.

Lucinda is often seen posing with huge bouquets of roses which, worth hundreds of pounds, have been left waiting in hotel rooms for her. She has even travelled to some events in helicopters.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Peppermayo for a comment.
