The former Love Island Australia winner, who had her bust updated last month, is already showing off her surgically-enhanced cleavage.
The 22-year-old, who disclosed on social media that she has high-profile, 360cc implants, slipped into a series of bikinis during a trip to Greece this week.
Clearly filling out the swimwear in a way that she did not previously, Yana worked her angles in a series of selfies that placed her cleavage front and centre.
She also gave fans an eyeful of the implants, sharing an image in which she photographed a close-up of her bust.
Yana had earlier documented her surgery in a subscription-only video shared on Instagram last month.

The former reality star clearly recovered quickly, and has been flaunting her updated look in dozens of selfies and videos shared on Instagram and TikTok in recent weeks.
Last month, Yana revealed that she was unable to complete even the simplest tasks following her breast augmentation surgery.
In a video shared on Instagram, she posted footage of her boyfriend Kye Lambert helping her brush her teeth.
Yana appeared to be unable to raise her arms as she stood in a grey bra helplessly while Kye cleaned her choppers with an electric toothbrush.
The blonde beauty captioned the domestic snapshot, 'Doing anything alone one day post boob job is no joke.'
It wasn't long before her comments section was flooded with responses.

'I've had my boobs done twice and this is f**king ridiculous,' wrote one follower.
'This is high key embarrassing!' commented another.
'This is wild. I was at the shopping centre a day after mine,' said someone else.
'I'm literally day 2 into recovery and have been vacuuming and doing dishes etc. You can't brush your teeth?' questioned one more.
'You better start moving or you're going to regret it,' added another.
Meanwhile, others shared Yana's pain, having gone through similar surgery.
'I couldn't even push the flush button on the toilet for at least a day,' wrote one.
'Even after 10 years… I can still feel this video. Couldn't lift my arms even if I wanted to. They were jello,' added another.
'I couldn't plug my phone charger into the wall and I was so annoyed about it,' said one more.
