EXCLUSIVE: After more than a decade as a Lit Agent at UTA, Alex Rincon has joined TFC in a transition to management.
“Alex is an incredible advocate for his clients and we’re so thrilled to welcome him to TFC,” said founders Ben Jacobson and David Stone. “He has a deep understanding of his artists and has worked tirelessly to create opportunities for them to do their best work. His diligence, dedication, and enthusiasm all make for a perfect fit with the TFC culture.”
Rincon is known for representing a diverse roster of some of the industry’s most acclaimed and emerging filmmakers, writers and actors. Over the years, he has worked with clients including Seth Reiss, Emerald Fennell, David Mackenzie, Brian Duffield, Will Gluck, Hannah Marks, Alec Berg, James Sweeney, Lance Oppenheim, James Bobin, Alex Richanbach, Colby Day, Simon Farnaby, Dan Perrault, Kurt Jonstad, Jordan Weiss, Chris Pratt, and Archie Madekwe, among others.
The South Florida native began his career at CAA after graduating from Emory University with a BBA, where he also pursued studies in film, music, and history.
Rincon told us today, “I couldn’t be more excited to be joining TFC. Ben, David, and the whole team have built something truly special—an incredible company designed for exactly what I love doing most: supporting unique and ambitious storytellers. At this dynamic moment in the industry, thoughtful, creative, and principled guidance has never been more important. I am deeply grateful for my long career at UTA and look forward to continuing to work with my many friends there.”
TFC Management and TFC Productions were founded by former WME and UTA partners, Stone and Jacobson, in 2020. On the management side, their clients range from on-camera talent like Dakota and Elle Fanning, Shira Haas, Daniel Ing, JD Pardo, and Josh Hutcherson to creators, filmmakers, novelists, and producers like Warren Littlefield, Brian Yorkey, Megan Park, Adam Reed, Akiva Goldsman, Courtney Lilly, Josh & Jonas Pate, and Rebecca Serle.
On the production side, TFC is currently producing the A24/Apple series Margo’s Got Money Troubles created by David E. Kelley and starring Elle Fanning, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Nicole Kidman. Also on their upcoming slate is Bobby Farrelly’s comedy Driver’s Ed starring Molly Shannon, Kumail Nanjiani, and Sam Nivola — an AGC Studios title, which premiered at last year’s Toronto Film Festival.
