Tennis champ Lleyton Hewitt and his actress wife Bec will be hoping for an ace this weekend when their sprawling Gold Coast pad goes to auction.

The couple listed the stunning four-bedroom mansion earlier this month, three years after purchasing it for $4.3million.

The sprawling four-bedroom, three-bathroom property is located in Burleigh Heads, one of Queensland's most sought-after postcodes, where the average house is valued at over $5million.

Listing agent Carol Carter from Queensland Sotheby's International Realty has teased that there has been interest from overseas buyers ahead of the auction.

She said there have been a lot of interest in the high-profile property, including from buyers from Germany and the United Kingdom.

'We have had a lot of interest but it is difficult to get a read on it as people tend to keep things close to their chest,' Carol told realestate.com.au.

'But we have had a massive number of inquiries from interstate, a lot out of Sydney and Melbourne, and there has been quite a lot of local interest.'

Bec and Lleyton will be hoping for a considerable return on their investment amid reports that house prices in Burleigh Heads have risen by a considerable 34.7 per cent since their 2021 purchase.

Situated on a 539sqm block, the gorgeous property boasts three sprawling ensuite bedrooms on the upper level, including a luxurious master suite.

The palatial master suite features its own skylight and includes a free standing stone bath and inbuilt heating, giving it some unique luxury touches.

The exquisite and elegant stylings that give the palatial property its distinctive style were created by Gold Coast interior design studio Kira Kira.

Other attractive features include a spacious open-plan kitchen, a large in-ground pool and a desirable location close to a variety of shopping and dining amenities.

The exquisite architecture was inspired by the up-scale abodes found in California's world famous resort city Palm Springs.

Decked out with American oak wood floors, the interior features a six-metre-high ceiling, Italian Venetian plaza, terrazzo tile and glorious stone feature walls.

The property is famous for briefly 'breaking the internet' in 2020 when it was first listed on the market, with hundreds of potential buyers flocking to its online listing.

Lleyton and Bec have been married since 2005 and share daughters Mia, 18, and Ava, 13 and a son, Cruz, 16.

Following their Sydney Opera House wedding, Bec and Lleyton relocated with their children to the island of Nassau in the Bahamas.

They purchased a $3.8million villa in the Old Fort Bay estate but moved back to Australia permanently in 2016.

More recently, the couple's daughter Mia has stepped into the spotlight herself as one half of indie-folk duo Father's Favourite.

The band performed their first gig back in August and Mia's former Home and Away star mum Bec is reportedly keen to steer her in the right musical direction.

While Bec is best known for playing Home and Away fan favourite Hailey Smith Lawson from 1998 to 2005, the actress also had a brief pop career.

On the back of her television fame, Bec released an eponymous solo album in 2002 and her debut single All Seats Taken hit number 10 on the ARIA chart.

Her album however was met with mixed reviews and her music career effectively came to an end in 2004 when she parted ways with label Warner Music.

A source told New Idea that Bec is keen to ensure that her daughter avoids the pitfalls that can befall new and inexperienced artists.

'Bec knows how to deal with bad people, dodgy managers, and doesn't want Mia making some of the mistakes she made early in her career like being too optimistic about certain jobs,' the source said.
