According to Domain, the high-profile couple purchased the home in September 2021 after the original buyer had purchased it for $3.57million in May.
The cool, elegant and welcoming stylings that give the multi-storey spread its distinctive flavour were created by Gold Coast interior design studio Kira Kira.
Dominated by pale and woody colours, the architect-designed home was inspired by the up-scale abodes of Palm Springs in the US.
Decked out with American oak wood floors, the interior features cavernous six-metre-high ceiling, Italian Venetian plaza, terrazzo tile and glorious Santorini stone feature walls.
Features include an outdoor entertainment enclave, which boasts its own kitchen, a BBQ and beer fridge, a sunken fire pit, and a pool to top things off.
The palatial master suite upstairs features its own skylight and includes a free-standing stone bath and inbuilt heating.
The news comes after Bec and Lleyton sold their $15.2million mansion in Melbourne's Toorak in November 2021 before moving to the Gold Coast.
Lleyton and Bec have been married since 2005 and share daughters Mia, 19, and Ava, 14 and a son, Cruz, 16.

Following their nuptials, they then relocated with their children to island of Nassau in the Bahamas after purchasing a $3.8million villa in the Old Fort Bay estate.
In 2016, the Hewitts permanently left the Bahamas and moved back to Melbourne, and a year later purchased their Toorak home in April 2017.
They then moved to Sydney temporarily last year for Bec's Dancing With The Stars appearance and to escape the COVID-19 lockdown in Melbourne.
Bec is a singer and actress, rose to fame playing Hayley Smith on Home and Away from 1998 to 2005.
Lleyton is a former world No. 1 tennis champion.
He was the youngest ATP world No. 1 at age 20, is remembered for his grit and 30 career titles, including two Grand Slam win.
It comes after Bec and Lleyton Hewitt watched their teenage son follow in his famous father's footsteps.

Cruz was was victorious with a 6-3 6-3 win over MooBeen Kim in the opening round of the boys' singles draw.
Lleyton was absolutely beside himself as Cruz dominated the court.
He put on an aminated display from the crowd while Cruz screamed with joy upon his win.
Bec meanwhile at times looked tense and others proud as punch as she rode the emotional rollercoaster of seeing her boy at his best.
Cruz has been a rising star in the sport, walking in the path set for him by his legendary dad.
In 2023, the Australian tennis champion enrolled his son in the Rafael Nadal's tennis academy in Majorca, Spain.
And prior to this, the family moved from Melbourne to Sydney to the Gold Coast in pursuit of the young Hewitt's sporting ambitions.
The teen has had tennis ambitions for some time and in 2021 the Hewitt family upped stumps from Melbourne and plonked down just over $4million for a prized Burleigh Heads mansion on the Gold Coast.
Daily Mail Australia revealed the motive behind the Gold Coast relocation was all part of their 'Cruz Mission' to develop the burgeoning tennis career of son Cruz.
It's understood Cruz's Wimbledon champ dad Lleyton was drawn to the Coast's many sprawling tennis centres - made up of a mix of grass, clay and hard court surfaces - as well as the multi-million dollar 'champion factory' KDV tennis academy located in Carrara.
