Lleyton Hewitt and wife Bec are poised for a multimillion-dollar windfall after listing their stunning Sydney estate with a jaw-dropping $14million price guide.

The tennis champion, 45, and ex-Home and Away star, 43, have quietly put their Glenhaven property in Sydney's Hills District on the market just three years after purchasing the sprawling acreage, according to The Sydney Morning Herald.

The six-bedroom, four-bathroom residence boasts a championship-sized tennis court, resort-style swimming pool and a host of high-end amenities spread across approximately two hectares of land.

Property records show the celebrity couple purchased the estate for $10.3million in 2023 from former Parramatta Eels star and Fox Sports presenter Nathan Hindmarsh and his wife Bonnie, an interior designer.

The home underwent a dramatic transformation under Bonnie's ownership, with the original red-brick residence reinvented into a sophisticated coastal barn-style retreat.

Since taking ownership, the Hewitts have added their own touches to the impressive property.

The grounds were enhanced with extensive landscaping, while the tennis court received a professional resurfacing by the same company responsible for preparing courts at the Australian Open.

Hidden behind secure electric gates, the sprawling single-level home offers a luxurious lifestyle with soaring vaulted ceilings and expansive open-plan living areas.

At the heart of the residence sits a designer kitchen complete with an oversized stone island bench, breakfast bar and butler's pantry.

Other standout features include a wine cellar, multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining zones, a gym, guest cottage and mud room.

The sale marks another property move for the high-profile couple, who have built an impressive real estate portfolio over the years.

After leaving Sydney in 2016, the pair settled in Melbourne's prestigious suburb of Toorak, where they purchased a mansion for $12.7million before selling it for $15.2million in 2022.

They later returned to Sydney and snapped up the Glenhaven estate, which quickly became their family base.

The couple have also previously owned homes on the Gold Coast and a sought-after weekender in Palm Beach.

Lleyton and Bec have been married since 2005 and share daughters Mia, 20, and Ava, 15 and a son, Cruz, 17.

They met on the tennis court for a charity game at the Starlight Cup back in 1999.

The couple didn't reconnect until a few years later and finally met up in person in 2005, before getting engaged after a whirlwind romance that lasted six weeks.

Grand slam champion Lleyton married Bec in a romantic ceremony at the Sydney Opera House.

Following their nuptials, they relocated with their children to the island of Nassau in the Bahamas after purchasing a $3.8million villa in the Old Fort Bay estate.

In 2016, the Hewitt's permanently left the Bahamas and moved back to Australia.
