Lisa Rinna's plump pout took center stage as she walked the runway in haute couture at a Paris Fashion Week show.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 62, modeled a glamorous, black gown with a dramatic headpiece as she stormed the catwalk at the Germanier show on Thursday.
She made a theatrical appearance - at one point, posing with her hands akimbo - in the striking look from the Swiss-founded, Paris-based fashion house's 2026 spring-summer collection.
The reality TV personality, who has openly spoken about her own journey with cosmetic work, wore an off-the-shoulder body suit paired with a voluminous, tulle skirt slung low on her hips to showcase the cutouts of her long-sleeved bodysuit.
She looked striking in sultry, dark makeup, seemingly inspired by the Black Swan, with dark lip liner to accentuate her plumped-up pout.
Rinna famously got silicone injections in her top lip at age 24 which caused her mouth to become hard and bumpy.
She later had to undergo corrective surgery to remove the filler.
This comes shortly after her nepo baby daughter, supermodel Amelia Gray Hamlin, opened up about the multiple plastic surgery procedures she has undergone over the years.

The actress-turned-reality star showcased her modeling prowess during Paris Fashion Week, a time when her daughter Amelia is also anticipated to be taking to the runway too.
Rinna's long tutu-inspired skirt grazed the floor behind her as she strutted in patent leather Mary Jane heels featuring three slim straps.
For an added detail to her monochromatic runway look, she wore a headband fashioned after branches and flowers sans petals atop her dark pixie hair.
In addition to her dramatic makeup, her décolletage was accentuated with shimmering body oil and her eyes were highlighted with metallic silver glitter.
Rinna's catwalk follows on the heels of ongoing speculation about her daughters' changed appearance and Amelia finally opening up about what she has gotten done.
Earlier this week, Amelia opened up about all of the plastic surgery and cosmetic enhancements she got done in the past.
She spoke about going under the knife during a recent chat with Variety about making her acting debut in the new FX body horror series The Beauty.

She confessed to the outlet that she has had a nose job and a 'medically necessary breast reduction to prevent a case of sepsis from an infection caused by a nipple ring.'
Amelia also explained that after getting the breast reduction she got breast implants but later had to undergo a 14-hour reconstruction surgery due to complications.
'I was dating somebody who was older than me when I was younger, and I sort of allowed his beauty perception to affect my choices,' she explained.
She was seemingly referring to her past romance with Scott Disick, Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy, with whom Amelia shares an 18-year age gap.
'And I decided to get another breast augmentation because I wasn't necessarily happy with the scarring that I was left with from the reduction,' she said.
'I woke up in a state that I didn't agree to. We can just say that,' she added.

Hamlin continued: 'That also turned into a medical emergency surgery, because my breasts literally could not handle what were put in me.
'It got to the point where I couldn't even pump soap because the implants were pushing on the nerves,' she added.
'I ended up having to get a 14-hour reconstruction surgery.'
During the interview, Amelia also insisted that she has never used filler, stating: 'I've always had these lips.'
However, she said she has been getting alternative injections to take care of her skin.
'I'm doing this thing right now called SkinVive, which is a moisturizer injection, not a filler,' she added.
